My name is Allen Naparalla. Since I began this wonderful journey I have had many memorable experiences with many wonderful guests. I'm looking forward to many, many more! I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California, with a degree in hospitality management, and am a member of the International Guild of Sommeliers.

All I can say is whoever was running this place was very rude. My group and I walked in to see what was available and the owner was upset that we didn’t have a reservation and then went further to make fun of us to the other customers that we didn’t have a reservation. I will not be returning and will be telling all of my friends to not bother wasting their time there since we are locals. The winery across the street is way friendlier, you’ll have a better experience there. There are plenty of wineries local that don’t require reservations and won’t taunt customers for inquiring about

I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
The tasting was an absolutely wonderful experience.
The staff is SO friendly and informative.
Our server Charles was so knowledgeable on all of the wines and was able to get all 3 of us wines we LOVED with information we gave him on what we liked and wines we had previously tried.
The Sexy brand has something for every palate!
The owner Allen is one of the kindest people I've ever met and an absolute stellar business owner!
We adored the cute, quaint sign out front and positive feel inside.

Absolutely amazing wine selection. There is definitely a reason they suggest reservations. So much knowledge is shared about each and every wine , you can see how passionate Allen is in his craft. Not hard to see why with his credentials. It’s such an incredibly fun atmosphere as well, cannot wait to go back!🍷🍷🍷♥️

First time visitor to the quaint midwest town of Cedarburg. My husband is fulfilling a Physician assignment for 10 days a month for 5 months with a local hospital. So I flew out to see Milwaukee and explore the surrounding areas with my husband for a long weekend. Upon entering the tasting room we were greeted by an enthusiastic individual introduced himself as the sommelier and winemaker. Some of the wine Alan serves are from the region where we reside in California, so naturally we mentioned it to Alan, who seemed a bit annoyed towards us after that and accused my husband of being rude at

The owner was lovely checking in on everyone occasionally and was very personable. I can see why this place has such great success.

Great atmosphere and most importantly, great SEXY wine! Visited here from out of town with a friend who is local and this spot came highly recommended. Plenty of seats in this cozy little winery; we were there relatively early on a Saturday afternoon but it does get busy mid-afternoon so make sure to plan accordingly.

We visited here about 2 months ago and I'm still unsure about how i feel with this experience. We walked in and very overwhelmed with the loud welcome from EVERYONE. Everyone else seemed to be having a blast- the new owner told us about the wines, his wines, and of course his awards for those wines. I feel like the prices are a little steep for a glass ($10) or tasting ($16 for three tastings) - we decided to split a tasting since we were headed home soon and didn't want too much wine. It was annoying when the owner kept making comments that we were "cheap" and really getting

The wine was very good,Allen was a very knowledgeable on the wines, my only complaint is the price$$ quite expensive for tasting $16 per person the most i have ever paid for tasting, and had only 3 samples and i would not say a GENEROUS amount either. we did buy a bottle for $19 but was not happy paying $32 for my hubby and i to only taste about a 1/4 cup of 3 samples. will not return.

We stopped by during Wine and Harvest Festival. This is our favorite spot because #wine and you can hear the live band across the street. The owners are always very nice and knowledgeable. This year, we accidentally broke a bottle of wine that we just purchased. They promptly replaced it. You can't beat that! A great spot with great people.

Amazing wine tasting! Allen is extremely knowledgeable about his wines, and teaches you about them too in an unpretentious way. We came in for a tasting and everyone had a great time! He tailored each of our tastings to what we liked, and introduced us to something new that we may not have tried before! Even people in our group who are not big wine drinkers found something they loved. Allen is so much fun, I can not recommend this place enough!

What a nice winery. It's on the more pricey side but definitely well worth it. $16 for a tasting. $10 for a glass. The gentleman inside was wonderful. He was able to pick out a glass of wine just based off of what our palettes preferred. Let me tell you, he was spot on! We sat out on the patio and the guy inside even brought us a snack. Will stop again.

We enjoyed stopping by during Winterfest for a glass of wine. Service was prompt and friendly. They have wine by the glass, bottle, or by the flight. Prices were $10/glass and flights started at $12. It was a little expensive for our taste. Overall, they feel it was very upscale. We will definitely consider another visit next time in town.

According the server, the Chiselled Grape does not carry the typical sweet wines. However, there are wines that would satisfy all on the menu. Wine can also be purchased by the glass and bottle. Bottles can be taken home or opened and consumed at the tasting room. They have very classy seating inside as well seating on the porch and several tables outside in the grass.
