Prior to working with this organization, I should have read the reviews. If you are looking for professional, compassionate help, steer clear of this place. I communicated in a timely manner pertinent information to my psychiatrist in regards to my medication and needing to have it filled prior to leaving Georgia for work in California. He said he would get everything squared away and did the complete opposite. I followed up with him multiple times and was told to give him more time and then unfortunately to find a psychiatrist in the state that I’m working in to prescribe my medications because

If I could I wouldn't even give one star this place is very unprofessional! Please don't waste your time here they horrible with communication they don't keep the patients in the loop with anything. I had to contact them on several occasions about my child. Brought it to the Attention of the girl Amber who answers the phone and she was so nonchalant about the matter just take your business elsewhere. Then when you call them out about the situation it's oh I forgot or well I'm trying to do this a lot of excuses so I'm taking my child from this practice. They don't care for the patients all they

I called to schedule a new patient appointment this morning, February 20th, 2020. The person that answered the phone had a serious attitude and needs some training in customer service! You have one chance to make a first impression and based on the unprofessional behavior of this individual, I have decided to research other facilities in the area.

I contacted this organization to find my son a therapist. This organization has dropped the ball over and over again. It's been at least a month and I'm still awaiting someone to contact my son to make a virtual appointment session with a therapist. I've literally called every week and have repeatedly been told that someone will call him back to schedule. Today I've decided to find another organization that is more capable of handling someone's mental health with of more importance. I don't want to leave my son's mental health in the hands of an organization who doesn't even care about keeping

Today was my first visit. My doctor next door refered me to them. When I walked in ,the nice lady at the front desk was very nice, very helpful. She gave me my packed and went through every page. Every where else they give me the packed and say fill it out. Not here and I had a very stressful morning. Just walking in y’all office for the first and not the last😍😍😇 was great. Extremely inconvenient. I wait at least an hour before every visit, and I rarely get to meet with the same person twice. My psychiatrist also gave me contradicting information from visit to visit, and demonstrates a lack of knowledge or interest for person-to-person. The place would fall apart without Dr. G. Front desk person is lazy and has a bad attitude.
