Terrible service . A company that clearly has no clue what they are doing. They accpeted my offer twice on a home . After I got the loan and everything ready we found out that the person accepting the offer was an office clerk that does not even have theri real estate license ! Cut a long story short after being on a high twice as my offer was accepted I basically lost the house because by the time my real estate agent found out the person who we were dealing with was not licensed there were higher bids which was a week later. Fannie Mai actually uses these guys to sell their homes ? Shocking.
