Imagine waking up in the morning with a fever, sore throat, chills, and a cough. You are run down, tired, and just feel like blahh. You currently have three choices available to fix your problem. You can ignore it, and hope it will go away. You can call your primary doctors office and hope they can "fit you in by next week." Or, you can bite the bullet and head over to your overcrowded local emergency room and pray you are seen before the next sighting of Haley's Comet.

I was treated respectfully and received an effective patient focused triage, history and exam . Dominick is great- he really listens. Cindy, the clerk up front was very nice. I was in and out with a positive COVID Rapid result and lung, ear and throat exam in a half hour. Very good care- much appreciated! BP and pO2 were appropriately checked.

This is my first google review ever. I am so annoyed and feel so scammed by this urgent care. First of all they had the audacity to charge $100 for a rapid test when it's free and the government picks up the tab. If that's not bad enough I paid the copayment up front and then the insurance paid them and said I wasn't responsible for the copayement and it's been 3 months and they haven't refunded me the money. Insurance also told them that it's unheard of to pay $100 for a rapid test so they told them to send me an itemized bill and insurance will pay for it. You would think they can at least send

One of the desk workers was very nice but the other seemed agitated by anyone who called the clinic. completely understand they're overworked and dealing with a lot of people, but it's very hard/scary for the clients to be approached in that way. the whole experience once inside was really rushed. I could barely get demographic info out before the med assistant was onto the next question. she also didn't take my blood pressure fully lol the dr was nice enough but things were a little hectic there.

I was in and out in 20 mins. They were super fast, courteous and informative. They were the only urgent care who actually picked up the phone and they were extremely accommodating. I had no issues coming here even with a very active 8 month old. I stumbled upon them while searching for an urgent care on google and I am very pleased with the care I received here.

We needed a PCR test for international travel. We called and the woman on the phone was so helpful. When we arrived the next day for the test, the woman at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. It all went smoothly from paperwork to the swab. The medical assistant and PA were also very nice and informative. I will certainly remember them if I also need urgent care.
