Our family member was admitted to their ER and our experience here started off to a rocky start. However, once a medical student(intern) named Robert Kim entered into the patient's team, he was absolutely terrific and very accommodating. Even as a fellow medical professional, I found Robert Kim's demeanor very kind and helpful as he went out of his way everyday to contact us for updates and questions.
I would recommend this place solely for this Intern (Robert Kim)

Worst hospital I've ever been. I took my son here for emergency and I was told there was only one nurse for the entire emergency room. I ended up going somewhere else. If you are thinking coming here seeking medical assistance, think twice. This hospital should be closed.

Two weeks ago I cut my finger and needed stitches. Dr. Kyle Chan was so nice and pleasant. He did a perfect job fixing my finger. I was seen pretty much right away. When I went back yesterday to get the stitches out, again I was seen quickly. There was hardly any wait time. Robyn took the stitches out and was so nice and pleasant as well. The employees at the desk were very nice too. I saw a lot of negative reviews and I wanted to tell about my positive experience.

I feel for the nurses because they are not supported or paid enough. My father was there for COVID and thankfully he’s ok now. But service was horrible. We’re lucky my dad turned out ok. But he left with pneumonia to recover at home, doctor said he needs to finish meds prescribed at home, which he stated were sent to pharmacy. Nothing. No meds at pharmacy or anything. I call to ask if there was a mistake, it rings and they purposely hang up on you. They let my dad leave with pneumonia with no medications to help at all. Dr. Singh signed off on it. So, it might help if they keep a better eye

I would rate them a zero if I could!! They are the most unprofessional hospital ever. I am trying to reach my family member. Everything I had called the nursing station. For the floor he is on. The woman keeps saying hold on snd leaves me on hold forever. And she is very rude . If he was able to move abs charge his phone on his own. I would be able to talk to him. I feel so horrible because he has covid and is all alone.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL LIKE THE PLAGUE! I was in a severe accident in April 2021. If I knew this hospital was terrible I would have demanded to be brought to Winthrop. I thought multiple doctors were coming in because they cared. The fact is they all bill you separately. First off, the X-rays were performed by students, even the experienced supervising technician was getting agitated with them.
The doctors ordered incomplete X-rays. Basically - they were useless. The impact trauma to my hip caused an accordion effect and the result? 5 fractures in my pelvis…. Here, these “doctors” only ordered

I am writing this review because I visited this hospital on October 8, 2021 and I must say, in all my 30+ years, this was the worse experience I’ve ever had with any resident or other medical profession drawing blood. I went in bc I had chest pain. They decided to do blood work. Dr. Kevin Zheng (Asian resident) drew my blood while my arm rested on the bed. Nothing was physically wrong with me. I didn’t have an IV or anything. He did not take the time to pull up a table or find a more comfortable means to elevate the arm from which he drew blood. This is a different level of unprofessionalism

I was admitted to ER yesterday 8/04/21 at 10am.
The staff was very professional and caring.
Dr. Jatinder Singh is the main reason I am giving 5 stars. He took his time to explain, understand, give his best professional opinion he gave great advice and was caring and attentive. I immediately felt comfortable the second he approached me. I can tell he loves his job and helping people. He was honest had a great sense of humor was personable. I trusted everything he advised me to do. I can’t say enough great things of this doctor. He is heaven sent. I was very impressed with his treatment. He was
