I lived here for 2 yrs. When I was checking out, as we bought a new home not lack of money! We were paying 1.5 months rent as an early termination fee and we were totally fine with this. But the way the staff (DeJour & Niki) handled us was pathetic. I have been living in these apartments - Cypress Pt for the last 2 years. The apartment quality is too poor and will frequently hear noises from other tenants. In some posts I observed that kids are playing on the roads. Yes, because there is no proper playground for kids. The play area can only accomodate for 20 kids where 100+ kids will be in the community due to schools ratings.

HORRIFIC LEASING EXPERIENCE
I attempted to lease an apartment at this complex in mid July 2021. I received the move-in information email on Monday July 19, 2021 that stated "Sign your lease and upload your income verification within 7 days to avoid losing your rate and/or apartment." On Wednesday, July 21, I was contacted via phone and told I had to submit my income information and sign the lease by close of business that day. The worst Experience i have with this apartment. It is been 9 Days We don't have Internet in the entire building. SKybrook Management miserably failed to handle the situation along with Spectrum. Very unprofessional office Staff. They don't know how to deal with customers. No Internet after 10 Days. Now Spectrum backed off saying it is Apartment It teams problem. We dont know where to go.

This experience has been horrible. The leasing office people assume that you are lying about your income when you are black. They ask for no extra proof. My daughter, who works for me recently tried to aquire an apartment with Skybrook. They called my office and the receptionist (who is new) answered and kind of stuttered. They assumed it was a fake office and tried to deny her application. Apartments were great in the beginning and it went downhill quick. The apartment staff isn't very friendly except for Niki! She has always gone above and beyond and always made sure any issues were handled. The others in the office can be a bit disrespectful. The noise from all the kids and people around is really distracting especially when having to work from home. The internet always had issues and the pool wasn't ever open. The rent is very high for the accommodations especially when we pay to have those features. The running and screaming of kids in the breeze ways and the stairs NEVER stops

Yesss. This place is decent. Apart from some noisy neighbors/screaming kids from time to time (which has nothing to do with the apartment itself) it is great. My last place was infested with German cockroaches. Guess how many I’ve seen here... 0. I have seen the occational house spider/small pests but these have only occurred in the summer. During the winter it does not really happen at all. One thing that I don’t like is how there are no community events. This may be due to the pandemic but I digress. The apartment is a great size and we love the modern features. It is a pretty pricey but

I can see why now the previous reviews are accurate. I was recently approved for this beautiful space and had the worst experience ever apartment hunting. The staff are beyond unprofessional and seem a bit ignorant. Not sure if they are fully knowledgeable when it comes to leasing. I would never care to do business here. The entire staff office should be fired.

Absolutely love living here! Moved in a couple months ago and it was exactly what I was looking for in an apartment! From the colors of the apartment walls to the door colors even to the faux crown molding to make it even a little fancier! it is very modern which I love. The kitchen is white with like that white with black speckle granite or quartz countertops. The color of the interior helps boost my energy because it is light and airy instead of dark colors on dark colors

Don't even do it! Horrible management! Now the water and sewer bills are not correct, micro manage on some things and then are completely "blinded" on other issues in the apartment. Place is a joke. The previous management and girls were very friendly and much kinder. Property manager quick to call local sheriff/community officer (he said he was leaving for work but got a call from the PM so he came back) for issues that could be easily be handled by her as the PM putting residents in awkward situations. Rules are very ambiguous and residents receive many emails on how and where

UPDATE: The regional manager has since reached out to me directly and offered a full refund. I am incredibly appreciative of how understanding she has been about the entire situation. I believe she will make every effort to ensure this will not happen to any other potential residents!!!
Visited this complex in September looking for housing as we were going to be relocating to the area. Was very impressed off the bat with the complex, apartment we were shown, front office staff, amenities, etc. However, we felt the price was a little steep for the location and decided to wait to make a decision

Great place to live! The front office staff is wonderful, the maintenance man is awesome and the apartments are beautiful! The crown molding and white kitchen create an elegant space that feels fresh and spacious. The amenities are really nice - especially the clubhouse. This place is worth looking into if you're searching for housing. We are glad we stumbled upon it!
