I had a great experience with the leasing consultant, Enjoli. She made the process of touring the apartment complex (virtually) easy and was very accommodating. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions with ease. The apartments are very spacious, clean, and modernized. I am excited to call this place my home, very soon!

The Brookson Residential Flats were beautiful. The units were spacious and I was pleased with the amenities, for the price point. I’d also like to note that the Leasing specialist Angelie was incredible, she really sold the unit. She provided additional information about schools in the areas which was also helpful.

I had the BEST tour ever with Enjoli at Brookson Flats. When I toured the complex, it was her first day on the job and she did a phenomenal presentation. She answered every question, was very knowledgeable about the property and took her time to show me 2 options. A huge thanks to her for such professionalism!!

When I arrived unit wasn't very clean. Multiple bugs on window sills, Master bathtub looked clean, took shower, dust and dirt ran down sides; kitchen cabinets were marked up pretty bad, I fixed nearly all; glass stove top full of scratches. Unit directly across from dumpster, noice day and night, people dumping trash, mattresses, headboards, toys etc. Illegal dumping of you name it: car fenders, axle, fenders, lights, metal cabinets, etc etc etc.. It was a disgrace.
New management didn't seem to care of the dumpster and cardboard container area, even when given license plate numbers.

Probably one of my worst experiences at an apartment complex. The buildings/rooms are nice. HOWEVER, my car has gotten towed twice in a month. First time, tags were out of date by one month. They left a sticker giving me one day to update. Unfortunately; had direct contact with covid and was unable to get my car inspected and updated. Second time, they towed again for not parking in a parking spot but they don’t have enough spaces to fill everyone. Management shows zero remorse

IF YOU HAVE A CAR AND NEED TO PARK IT IN FRONT OF YOUR HOUSE DO NOT RENT HERE. Let me tell you why, I been here for over a year & they want to start enforcing towing for vehicles without even notice to the tenants. They only have maybe 35 parking space for over 100 apartment building, then want you to purchase a personal parking if you pay for a garage, which it’s not enough available. Then they towed my vehicle and I had to pay $275 to get it back from the tow company then the property manager was not willing to even work with me on crediting it some, half or all of it from the rent which had

Living at Brookson Resident Flats has been a wonderful experience. The assistant manager, LaDonna Mayhew's professionalism speaks volumes to her character. Each time I call or leave a message, she goes above and beyond to ensure that our concerns are met. Although there is no perfect complex, it is good to know that management cares. My family and I appreciates that quality. Thank you.
