Trainings are held throughout the year. The current trainings are the traditional group eight week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Training and a Four Week Mindfulness Meditation Training. Sessions are offered to individuals and couples to enhance group trainings or to cover areas in more depth privately.
Group retreats are offered to create a time and space to engage more deeply for a half or full day, or longer, in the practices without the usual interruptions of life. Trainings are offered to help enhance the workplace environment, relations, effectiveness and efficiency and satisfaction for everyone.

Services
My specialty is teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for personal and professional development. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) consists of foundational practices to help us embody and honor our core integrity and relax chronic striving. When our mind and emotions are more relaxed, they are more stable, and our life can be more effective and wholesome.
Mindfulness Meditation is an enriching practice of heart, dignity, respect, joy and compassion. It is easy to learn and is user friendly. Mindfulness can best be described as non-evaluative and non-elaborative attention, observation and awareness of one's current experience. This means we have the capacity to learn how to observe ourselves without reacting to this observation.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction- Meditation classes for professional and personal development. Wear loose and layered comfortable clothing, enough to stay warm and a blanket for the laying down meditation. Please avoid clothing and blankets with animal hair on them and wearing fragrances. I provide meditation mats and cushions and chairs are available.
One on one time can give you the opportunity to receive more specific training and support for yourself. If you feel you need additional support for yourself during one of the mindfulness trainings or would like to learn mindfulness and meditation, or others processes I offer, as an individual or a couple, we can arrange a time to look into how these can be useful for you.
Meditation retreats are an opportunity to immerse ourselves in rest, learning and insight. 2014 marked my 10th year of teaching in the greater Seattle area. I feel this has truly been a transformative experience for me and an honor to be able to share these practices and experiences with you.
So, for this reason, I am offering these retreats as a way to say "Thank you" to all of you in Seattle, Everett, Wenatchee, the east side, Issaquah, Kirkland and Des Moines for being so willing, honest and accepting to try something new for yourself in your discovery of greater harmony and meaning, and for contributing towards my ability to offer Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to each of you.I have thoroughly enjoyed offering these practices.

I can only give this grow shop a one star As a commercial grower I must accommodate my customers as they come in. This shop told me to get a Growet/tax exempt I would have to go through a sales rep. Mind you this was on a Sunday. I txt the sales rep to only hear back the next day…..commenting that they didn’t work on sundays.

Shopped here over a year to find our I was being overcharged half the time, had products I've paid for sold out from under me, been told they have items in stock and driven an hour to find they're not there, Repeatedly. very few of the employees seem to care about what they're doing. And apparently the worst inventory system possible.
I can't express how furious I was after yesterdays experience.

Prices are astronomical, obviously that corporate greed wants more of our okie green green money. 28 bucks for an 8 gal square bucket with lid? the exact same hawthorne product is sold everywhere else for 15 tops, with lid.. never mind the prices, service sucks.. getting someone to assist you with anything is like pulling teeth.. the quality of the shop has deteriorated so much, its not even worth mentioning them to those needing supplies.. definitely not the place for home growers either. plenty of other shops in the area with much lower prices and more knowledgeable staff.. Shout out to the real

I really wish I could give it much more than 1 star because they do have everything and the staff is very nice. With that being said I am a tax exempt veteran and as I was checking out I was told I would need to setup a business account which I can't do because I'm not a business, but an individual. Sorry but I can order most of the products online or buy them at other stores that do honor my tax exemption.

I got my first Plant! I'm so excited! I went to Grow Generation to get my supplies. I met Austin and Donovan. They were AMAZING!!! Austin gave me cost effective solutions for my one little Plant. I'm growing all organic, and I know nothing. Austin hooked me up with Living Soil, a fabric pot and a pH kit. He gave me some wonderful tools to be successful with my first Plant. He is so knowledgeable. There were large grow ops shopping the same time I was there. Austin treated me like I was the most important Customer of his day. All for my one little Plant.
