I spoke with Andrew yesterday (April 26, 2017) since I was considering joining a start-up as a co-founder. I have worked/Consulted for start-ups so I know some of the 'terms' that you should be aware of in general. However, the agreement that they sent was 27 pages long and I was definitely overwhelmed so I thought it would be in my best interest to speak with an attorney. To make a long story short, Andrew spent a little over 30 minutes on the phone with me and immediately pointed out several 'red flags' in the agreement terms so definitely 'knows his stuff'!
