I have my new irrigation system installed by Raffiani's Automatic Sprinkler Services. John is an extremely knowledge professional on what he does. Their work worth every single penny. At the first visit, he inspected all my garden and after that he sat for at least 25 minutes to explain me my irrigation needs and what he proposes. Also, he was already prepared with all lecture material, material specifications, copy of their licenses and insurances for my reference and records. We have been "lawn sprinkler" customer's of Raffiani's for many years and have been very happy with the fees, timeliness of repairs, scheduling, installation, and offering solutions to problem watering areas. We have several bushes and a pond that we wanted to have landscape lighting installed. When John came by to turn on our sprinkler system in the spring 2021, we asked him about landscape lighting...well, it is done and beautiful. John listened to which areas of the pond and bushes we wanted lit up...and when we look out at night and see the lights illuminating my bushes and pond...we smile

I have been a loyal customer for a few years after hiring John to install an all new sprinkler system. He may not be the friendliest, but works quickly and is easy to reach. I’ve recommended him to many people including my parents.
My dad called Raffiani’s Sprinkler Service today because part of his grass has turned yellow and what transpired is still shocking to me. “Mrs. Raffiani” yelled, cursed, insulted, and berated my father for making a simple phone call and asking a question politely. I was so shocked by what I heard on speakerphone that I waited a bit and called back to speak to

I don’t know why other reviews are so negative with their comments ? John is very professional and knowledgeable in all regards of sprinkler systems. He answered all our questions and was great working with us. They came on time and did an excellent job. They were very careful and neat with our lawn. The end result is a great system with little to no attention. We highly recommend Raffiani’s Automatic Sprinkler Systems

Called them for a winter blow out when we moved into our house and thought we’d continue to use the same service outfits. Years of servicing this address apparently meant nothing. The aloof old lady answering the phone was quite pleased to announce that she had no more reservations available and that she “wished me the best of luck”. Really?
So I never got the chance to experience their “dedication to their customers”. Stay away from this clown outfit and try any of the other more professional services around who’d be more than happy to have your business.

I was calling to get a quotation and because I asked if they used existing equipment for installation the lady picking up the phone told me they were not interested in doing business with me and closed the phone on me instead of politely explaining what they can offer and seeing if I was willing to invest in a complete new system from scratch. Thankfully I partnered with one of their competitors that was willing to quote and we are moving fw with all new sprinklers. No wonder you have terrible reviews.

I have used Raffiani's for almost 25 years and the same two people have always come to service my sprinklers. They always arrive on time. They are professional and honest. Their prices are reasonable. In addition, John is very intelligent and comes up with creative solutions to irrigation problems that other irrigation professionals will not attempt. They are probably the only company I have used consistently for 25 years and I highly recommend them.

Didn't speak to John, but his associate on phone was less than professional in informing me that he doesn't do any work in the Caldwells, where I live. When I offered that perhaps John might consider that he was referred to me by a friend of his, she dismissed me with fake cordiality and hung up. So I didn't get the chance to tell her I have family, friends and business in her area that might need John's services. Oh, well. Live and learn.
