Steve and his crew were great to work with throughout the entire process. We did our homework and researched many different companies for our installation. Underground sprinkler co was able to provide us with a tailored system and professionalism by also out pricing their competitors. In total we met with 5 different companies and Steve by far was the most responsive when we had questions and an overall straight shooter (not trying to sell us on things we didn’t necessarily need). I would highly recommend. The one minor setback was at the end of installation, someone was not available that day

Jessie and Chris are godsend and impressive. If anyone thinks that they can come to your house in 15 minutes from your call is ignorant. If they could, that means they have no customers and should be avoided. Jessie and Chris give me the next available appointment and are are always respectful and professional. Not only are they the preeminent irrigation Firm in all of NJ, they are head-and-shoulders above the competition when it comes to Installation, annual maintenance, system repairs and Customer Service in general! Owners Bill, and Victoria are hands-on Owners who are actually available to take your call and handle your inquiries! I know... go figure... when is the last time you actually had a chance to speak with the OWNERS

Bill the owner is a good man only good thing to say about the company he’s a soft spoken man. Other then that Steve the project manager is not very responsive. Could be to the amount of drinking he does during the day with a keg in the fridge open for all employees who then drive . I’ve left messages for him to have his workers to come back for a system they installed that needs repairs . Chris the sprinkler tech brother of steve gave me a call and told me they came to my house I wasn’t home never left a note or door hanger . Very unprofessional place to work as I know an employee who is

Underground Sprinkler has been servicing my home for the better part of a decade but won’t be, going forward. For the second year in a row they failed to address a leaking valve during winterizing, this time ruining the carpeting in my finished basement. When I spoke to the owner, she refused to accept any responsibility or offer any assistance with remediation. Shameful business practice and a clear indicator they won’t be around for long. Stay away - plenty of other choices in the area.

We have been a customer for ten years with a large property. As of the last few years the company’s service has deteriorated immeasurably. They say that it’s first come first serve so we had to wait six weeks to have our system turned on. We gave them two weeks notice that we installed some drains and had damage. They never sent out a tech to look at the scope of the work. When they showed up they said they couldn’t do the work until late July. Jessie, the manager is nasty and unhelpful. The owner refused to fix our system before July and it is now May. They say they are a sprinkler company
