E&E Auto Body, Inc has been providing the most reliable and highest quality automotive and auto body repair services in the Tillamook, OR area since 1975. We are a local family-owned business that was started by two brothers, Mike and Chuck Ellerbroek inside a 4000 sq ft garage. In 2014 Mike's son Roy Ellerbroek took over running the family business and in 2015 purchased and took ownership.

They are incredibly rude. We tried renting a car and they made the process incredibly difficult. First they never sent the email.. then they made us pay more for a suv because one of their rentals was in an accident.... Then they told us our insurance needed collision (which is fine) we were going to call our insurance to change it to collision but they said they won't rent to us. We have rented many cars and never had issues. I recommend skipping them and going through turo

If I could give them negative stars I would. First the customer service at this business is really lacking. The owner himself is extremely rude and aggressive. When we arrived to drop of the vehicle he made sure that we knew he would not call the dealership directly even though he was told at the time of the quote request, on the phone at the time of scheduling that the dealership was paying for this repair. They refused to work with the dealership instead calling us when the job was done and making us call the dealership and having the dealership call them to pay them. At the time of the quote

I initially gave 4 stars, only because the two ladies in the office and on the phone were rather rude. Of course my hardwired and dash cams became an issue when I noticed your child 'helping' in my car. My intent was only to make you aware that you are not so special that accountability does not pertain to you. I was told my other front grill part was on order and would be here soon. Three weeks later I called back, yikes more rudeness from the office lady. After that I changed to 2 stars, what a terrible service. The convenience of staying in Tillamook meant rude people and bad service. Thank

They worked with me to make sure my insurance would cover their labor. My rear windows had gotten completely smashed in when someone broke into my car, and they offered to wrap it for me so I could still drive the car while I waited for my appointment. When I got my car back, they had washed it and vacuumed the entire interior clean so there was no more broken glass. I felt like they were sympathetic to my situation and I felt my car was in good hands. They made a really unpleasant experience, a little less painful! Thanks E & E for all your help.

I would not recommend this place if they were the last auto body store on Earth....terrible customer service and rude throughout the entire process. After they finished my daughters car, the alignment was pulling hard to the right. When my husband called they were very polite and said to just bring the car in and they would take a look. When my daughter arrived they told her they already did an alignment and if she wasn’t satisfied to take the car elsewhere like les Schwab. Thankfully Les Schwab fixed the alignment for free.
