Having to get your vehicle repaired after an accident is not the most pleasant experience. RCC eased that stressor and made it a more streamlined process.
I made a decision to come here after I saw the many 5 star Google ratings. And I agree to what everyone is saying! My vehicle was returned to me in like new condition; the complimentary wash and shampoo service was definitely the icing on the cake. This Place Rocks!

Mike and Dwayne are the only people I trust to handle my cars needs. I have had 2 different cars over the last 5 years worked on at Randallstown, and each and every time the entire staff couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, and my car couldn’t have looked any shiner when I picked it up! My car was damaged by a tree falling on it. I called Randallstown Collision and was told they would take care of everything with my insurance company, including setting up the rental car and negotiating any additional damage discovered in the repair process. Not only did Michael and his talented crew of ASE-certified techs make good on those promises, but what they did for my car was amazing! When I pulled up in the rental car (which I was able to just leave right there because Michael simply picked up the phone and asked Enterprise to come get it), and saw my car sitting on the lot, I could not

I have been working with Mr Mike since 2015. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They work with you and explain the entire process. I send every person their way. I can't tell you the amount of people I have recommended especially when working in insurance because I knew they would be given the best care and their car would look brand new. They even clean it out and leave all your coins lol.
