I had the best customer service here: after my car was broken into and my window was broken, Robin was so helpful/caring throughout the whole repair process. She went above and beyond to ensure the best customer experience for me in a highly stressful situation. The quality of care was so exceptional that I felt like I was a personal friend of hers. Robin is a 10/10 employee and the type of employee that deserves to be recognized in the company.

Brought my car there with extensive damage and they were so honest and kind. They were honest about the damage even though they could have made a lot of money from me agreeing to fix it rather than scrap my car. Even let me store it there until someone picked it up. I will recommend them to anyone needing body work for their honesty and kindness.

Great communication & very friendly staff!! Definitely will go here again. I brought my car in for a Maryland Vehicle Inspection. They had to fix my bumper and a few other things. They sent me an initial invoice and said that I could save a few hundred dollars by not having the paint job done. I opted for no paint job and they sent an updated invoice. They explained all of the things that had to be fixed clearly. I was never left guessing, unlike my experience at a Firestone!

They gave me an estimate of 4-6 days for the fix but it was done in 3 days. :)

About the worst experience with a repair shop I have ever had. Drop truck off by apoinment and was told 6 days. Call 6 days later and they hadn't even started on it yet. Tried to cancel was threatened with fees to cancel, let them have truck as it was a company vehicle and still could not complete the work by the 2nd promised date. This 6 day job turned three weeks and not once did they ever call me and provide updates or care about the issue just kept saying it wasn't their fault and the front counter writer her name is Robin, so unprofessional and down right rude. I will not bring my business

I broke down outside of bumper globe today in the middle of the road and the technician and employee was so helpful. They did everything they could to assist me and even though my vehicle had an immediately unfixable problem, they took the time and did everything they could to assist me. Would definitely recommend purely based on the character of the people there.

I decided to use Bumper Globe Collision Centre for my state inspection, and they were so fast and professional. I was in touch with a number of places in Fed Hill which all required appointments on specific days when their inspector was in shop, and with Bumper Globe, I just had to drop my car off in the morning, and it was ready a few hours later. They emailed me confirmation and printed my report for the MVA as well. I mentioned that I was interested in having my brakes checked as I dropped my car off, and they checked them for me, assessed the situation, and gave me super honest recommendations

I would not recommend this place, unfortunately. I had an awful experience here today 12/28/2020.
I went here for a simple brake and rotor change, and left my car with Johnathan. Johnathan called me and told me it was going to be $807.48 for this service. I then called a couple of other repair shops in the area for estimates, and actually have my car there now, and I was quoted $450. Johnathan called me back and said he would actually do it for $661.68 after I told him I was getting it done down the street for a cheaper price. I said no thank you, I was able to get a cheaper quote somewhere else

I called them 3 hours before my MVA appointment to change over my registration and plates from NY to MD, needing a Maryland state inspection on my car in a pinch. Luckily my car is new so it was quick, but I told them my situation and my got my car out within in hour, even with a line of cars needing an inspection ahead of me. The secretary is very sweet and so are the rest of the crew. Definitely recommend them for getting your inspection done!

Honestly one of the single most important experiences I've ever had. Had to bring in car following an accident and was faced with lots of challenges about where to proceed with it. Not only were all the staff here absolutely humane and understanding, they also offered comfort and professionalism the entire length of my process, making sure to take care of me in a truly challenging time.
I have never experienced this with an auto service, let alone many other services in general.

I'd contacted a company with lots of tv advertisement to have my passenger window replaced, scheduled an appointment online on Tuesday, appointment on Friday. I arrive and I'm told they need to order the window and it wont arrive until Monday...Monday comes and it still isnt in. Didn't arrive until Wednesday.

I called Bumper Globe and spoke with Amy over they phone, visited on Tuesday and discussed my issue with Jonathan. Bumper Globe had to order the window as well. I got a call the following day saying that my window had come in.

Less than 24 hours

What a great place! I called ahead, was able to bring my car in that afternoon, and I picked it up the next day. I appreciated the open communication with The staff and the mechanic. Very reasonably priced and I felt that everyone was very honest and clear about what was wrong with my car. Found my newest repair shop in the area!

Taken my cars here three times now and every time I have been met with a professional attitude. I primarily worked with Kary (the owner) and his attention to detail with the assessment and the technicians quality of service have been superb. He pointed out a few blemishes/scuffs in my paint and buffed them out for nearly nothing.

I don't sense he is in the business of getting every dollar he can out of you as there have been two different occasions where he recommended a solution/option of a lower price. An example of this was when they repaired my carbon fiber splitter for a couple hundred

I am brand new to the area and had a very minor "repair" that needed taking care of - a small part of the splash guard on the undercarriage of my car came loose and was scraping the pavement on curbs, etc. I called and they told me to come over so they could see it and they ended up tacking it back in place in 5 minutes and sent me on my way free of charge. I'll definitely be back for basic maintenance, and if I ever need body work, I know where to find them. Thanks for such excellent service and nice people.

My car was backed into coming into work one day and it broke my heart. I went to Bumper Globe because of their reviews and their convenient location to my job/apartment. I could not be happier with them!! From start to finish, Amy and the technicians were amazing!! They walked me through every step, looked out for my best interests and delivered my baby (read car) back to me in brand new condition! I would recommend everyone go to them for any and all of their needs!! I can't say enough good things about them.

Super friendly and helpful, finished the work quickly, and my truck was absolutely spotless when I got it back. (It was... umm.... NOT spotless when I dropped it off.) They even fixed a minor little issue that wasn't included in the original estimate.

Dear friends, days after the Charlottesville terror (and other horrific events in the past several years) I experienced a terrifying experience with an extremely hostile business owner who threatened to "stand his ground and protect himself from me and people like me" while attacking my character and threatening my life. I was alone in a room full of men, and they had my car keys. I asked him how he could use that exact phrase days after all of the craziness in the news, and he said it again, with direct eye contact.

I've been a driver for 14 years now, and I can absolutely say that my experience with Bumper Globe was by far THE BEST experience I've ever had working with an auto shop. I still can't believe how the quality of work was so amazing and yet done in LESS than a day. The damage done to my car was pretty significant too. Working with Shannon and Tony was such a pleasure. They were both so professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. The location is very convenient and I've never been in such a nice waiting

I started going to Bumper Globe when I was in a minor auto accident, leaving a gash along the passenger side of my Scion. The folks at Bumper Globe did a really good job matching my limited-edition paint color. I've been back several times to have minor body work done, and they match my paint color better and better each time.

They also do oil changes and tire rotations. I go to them every time my car needs to be serviced. Their service is quick and thorough. They even vacuum-out and clean my car as a courtesy. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with this service center ! Sadly my car was hit while parked . My car my towed to Bumper Globe and a week to the day later my car was back in action . The staff kept me up to date about the repairs and what to expect . Customer service is a big deal to me because a simple positive attitude is easy, and this place went over and beyond . They even detailed and cleaned my car upon my pickup ! I was blown away and will always go here if anything ever happens again and always recommend this place ! Thank you thank you !

Went there once and everything looked fine at first. I got the panel repaired on the driver door. Price was about same as other quotes. Eventually the trim around the window started rusting. I didn't think anything of it, though I probably should have investigated. It did cross my mind that it was the same door they "repaired", and it was a little fishy it was the only one rusting. I take it to another repair shop-I'm in Texas now-lo and behold, Bumper Globe forgot to put the plastic film back on the trim to prevent rusting. It is a $300 repair because of them. I understand

This is the cleanest, most organized shop I have ever seen. They run a tight ship here. Very communicative throughout the entire process. I was able to get a rough estimate for the work needed on my car, along with several alternative options, including another shop that could do what I needed. Very respectable establishment.

They did an amazing job fixing my side view mirror and made sure I was getting the lowest priced mirror available. The service was super fast and they even cleaned out the inside of my car. Awesome customer service; I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Bumper Globe because my battery died at 8:00am. They jump started my car, changed my battery at the shop and I was on the road by 8:45am. The service was incredible, the charge was very reasonable and I can't thank them enough because how much of a rush I was in. Make sure to call Bumper Globe for ANY of your car issues! Five Stars!!

This was my first experience using Bumper Globe and they are phenomenal. Someone else hit my car so I had to go through their insurance company to get my bumper replaced. I took it to Bumper Globe simply because it was closest to my home and work. I worked with Amy Comet at the desk and she was super helpful and very sweet. All I had to do was give her the estimate papers the insurance company gave me and she took care of everything else.

My original estimate at Bumper Globe was for more than the insurance company's estimate, so the check they wrote was for $200 less than BG's original

First they told me it was ready when it wasn't, then they wouldn't get back to me, and then when they did, my car wasn't even working properly. The only good thing I'll say is at least the scheduler was apologetic about my experience...however, apologies don't get back hours of my wasted time.

I was called on a Monday and was told that all that was left for my car was a paint job and that it would be ready on Wednesday. Since I had a work event Wednesday, I asked if I could pick it up Thursday and was told that would be no problem.

A notably high, and uncommon level of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail at this body shop. I looked at a number of favorable online reviews of this shop and decided to take my 2013 Civic to repair a badly scratched hood. I was treated pleasantly and was given a detailed, written quote which was significantly lower than quotes I received from two other auto body shops.

It was estimated to take three days to repair and I was diligently updated with emailed photos of my hood being painted and fixed on days 2 and 3. I was timely notified that I could come and pick up my car
