The shop had my car for close to two months (Nov. 27th- January 21st). I was not contacted on the expected completion date. The office did not contact me beforehand to share the need for an extension despite the fact I returned the rental car and received text messages stating the car was on track to be completed. They had my car for 2 months and my vehicle still looks unfinished. They reached out to me on 3 different times to say my car was ready to be pick up and it wasn't. Each time I found something new that was wrong with my car! This is by far the worse collision place I have EVER taken my vehicle to. STAY AWAY!!!

Chesapeake collision was able to work with my insurance through Erie to get everything to me in a timely manor. Their body techs and painters did an amazing seamless job on my vehicle. My vehicle was returned in a timely manor and cleaned thoroughly. They have an on-site Enterprise Associate so receiving and returning your rental is a breeze. They kept my vehicle for a month to complete 19 hours worth of repairs (from the repair invoice). The Manager had to send the truck back to the body shop for corrections because they did such a poor job which showed up after paint. I had storm damage where tree limbs and flying debris hit my truck. My adjuster specifically instructed me to ask the body shop to go over the whole vehicle to inspect for additional damage. Seriously, the insurance company invited the body shop to look for additional work!

Receptionist is extremely kind. Onsite manager is dry and unwelcoming. Car repaired here but they bypassed a complaint I made upon pickup. Had to have it verified by the dealer. Additional days off from work and weeks of beeping alarms in my car. Not sure I would totally trust this place with foreign vehicles.

Took my car here through Geico all in one. At first was a pleasant experience. Woman who answers phone is a peach! She is the only good thing about that place. Things went downhill rapidly. I was called after a week to come pick up my car. I go in pay my deductible and wait. Car is pulled around I go out and look. We found out that the rental truck that we returned to Enterprise in Westminster had a scratch and crease and they had it repaired at a Chesapeake Collision. (picture attached ) The bill we got was for $4500! not sure whose fault, Enterprise or Chesapeake, but is this insurance fraud? or just highway robbery?!

I've taken my car here twice after being the victim of a hit-and-run and then again after getting rear ended at a stoplight. They do great work and make the experience of fixing your car after an accident as easy as possible. Hopefully I won't have to go back, but if I'm ever in a car accident again they'd be my first choice.

The absolute worst customer service. I urge you please DO NOT trust this unprofessional, unorganized company with your vehicle!!!! I only went to Chesapeake collision, because they are affiliated with gieco. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks. Which I actually didn't mind as long as they fixed everything correctly. But their lack of communication ,and organization led me to think otherwise. I picked my car up from Chesapeake collision 3/12/19. Later that evening I noticed a piece of my bumper ( they were supposed to fix) coming off. I immediately called them to inform them of the problem

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Very friendly, informative, professional and incredibly efficient! My car was taken here after a small fender bender and I was promised it's return in a week's time. I needed my vehicle back for a business trip and I actually received in in less than a week! Ms. Tonya Fowler and Mr. Kris Prediger were absolutely delightful and kept me apprised of any and all procedural notifications and updates pertaining to my vehicle. Chesapeake Collision repaired the front end of my 2011 Dodge Ram pickup truck after a collision with a deer. After five weeks and over $6200.00, I received it back. The repair looked very good upon initial inspection. After I took it home, I noticed that the vehicle had a severe tilt to the left, I immediately informed Chesapeake Collision of this, and they instructed me to bring it back. I did later that afternoon and was told that a bad left rear shock was the cause of the tilt. The next day, I had a professional mechanic disconnect both rear shock with no effect. Absolutely horrible customer service. Unfortunate that Yelp requires a minimum one-star rating. Our minor son had a accident and his car was towed to Chesapeake Collision without our consent. After dealing with his minor injuries and contacting insurance, we located his car at Chesapeake Collision where they had already began breaking down the vehicle without any approval signatures. Once we learned they do not guarantee the use of genuine parts, something our insurance requires on a newer car, and the warranty requires as well, we told them to stop any unauthorized work. The Manager was nice, customer service ok in person. I had a 2010 Black Maxima my favorite car that I dropped off after an accident. They had for two to three weeks; when the parts came they needed to replace the front bumper and underneath mostly plastic as these days go, however, I also asked them to paint the hood when prepping the front bumper.
When I went to pick it up the bumper and underneath looked except for one area where the plastic bumper meshed up with hood was buckled into two very noticeable places who could the minute you looked at it! That was the first Red Flag! Then I mentioned

First time going to Chesapeake Collison. I would recommend them to others and go back to them for any future body work!! Another car backed into my car while in a parking lot (they were at fault) and damaged my passagener side. Tonya was on top of communicating with me, the insurance company and making sure that I got my rental car while they worked on my car. Work was done in a timely manner. Very polite, friendly and accommodating staff. They stayed late on a Friday late to help me pick up my Prius! Their work was very well done, good quality and my car only took 5 days to get fixed.
I'm literally trying to find reasons to take my car there but I drive Prius and there's really no amount of body work that can make that car cool.
I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a repair for their car that was in an accident, or for those that don't drive a Prius and want work done to their car.
