All interested parties should be present at the showing and complete an applicant information card. Step 2: Following the property visit, please complete the application link you will receive via email. This link may be shared with a co-signer and includes instructions on how to apply. Application fees are $35 per applicant and $35 per co-signer, if applicable.
The power in my apartment went out but my neighbors and the whole building still has power. In most cases it's probably just a tripped circuit breaker due to a high number of electrical sockets being used at once. Find the circuit breaker box in the apartment and turn all switches to the OFF position.

Super happy with our choice of apartment complex, Piedmont Palace! This complex may be close to greek life, but it is in pristine condition and all the employees are so friendly and helpful. My apartment feels like it's brand new and we feel extremely comfortable and safe. We have a furnished apt and the furnishings are high quality and more comfy than my own furniture, and everything is new! I chose this place because I had friends already living here and it was a great choice.

Navya of Square One Management was one of the most responsive building managers that I've had the pleasure of working with. Everything should be requested through their portal, which is such an easy way to keep track of everything, but when I did have any questions or maintenance requests, I would simply text Navya, and she'd have someone out immediately to fix the issues. She is also very professional and straightforward. Moving in and out was such a breeze and stress-free.I highly recommend Square One Management!

I lived at a Square One property and despite the ups and downs, I give them 5 stars because of the way they handled the issue of the pandemic. We had signed a lease before the pandemic started for June of 2020. Then in May UC Berkeley announced that there would be no in person classes at least until the Fall. Square One was willing to postpone our lease to start in August, when we thought classes would start again. But in July the school announced that we would not have classes in the Fall also. At this point two of my roommates didn't want to come back to school and because I had other extra curricular

We've been renting from Square One Management for 3 years now and they are ALWAYS on top of anything that needs repairing. Even when I have a concern that's not correct, they always send someone out to check out the issue. The repair staff always go above and beyond. Recently, we had a gate break and they repaired it within 2 days of the request. When we had a fuse blow, they fixed it the same day. Very happy with their service and professionalism.

I lived in an apartment in Berkeley run by square1 for two years and I have no complaints. Rick was the residence manager, and I texted him on a few occasions for minor repairs, and he would respond immediately. He must live in the building or right next door because he was always available to repair, or even let us in once when we forgot our keys. The price was fair for the area.
