If a natural tooth-colored porcelain crown is chosen, our CEREC CAD/CAM treatment gives patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit. Other types of crowns require two office visits. Your Dentist will recommend the best type of crown for your dental restoration needs based on the chewing placement and structure of the tooth or implant that requires protection.

I have had a lot of dentistry done...especially at the last dentist and was overcharged which I got delta to force them to refund and I have no idea how much wasn't needed. So when I started looking for a new dentist I grilled them trying to determine if they honest and good thank God I found Long Beach smiles dentistry!!!! They are phenomenal.

It's my first time here and I am so impressed. I used to be afraid of the dentist but it was such a great / healing experience to have such incredible service front desk to being in the chair! The office was clean and smelled good. The front desk staff were all so professional, kind, and patient. They made sure to to check my insurance and did a great job! All the dentist assistants were amazing. They were so nice and did a great job keeping my mouth clean, dry, and my drool suctioned! Lol. I really appreciate that gesture. To put it simply, this dentistry is not honest and is looking for anyway to make more money. They tried to overcharge me and my husband, not to mention they also tried to hurry us through signing digital documents while we were in the exam room! I let them know I had insurance and that my insurance covered a lot of what they were suggesting. It wasn't until I came back with my dental insurance fee for service schedule and literally showed them the price for each item that they changed the price. This place is awesome!!! The front staff women are amazing, friendly, and beautiful. Made we feel very comfortable about my root canal that I was getting done today. Dr. Pham and Dr.Liz were like the dynamic duo working together. I highly recommend this place and the people there. I will be back in January for a cleaning and looking forward to it

Went in for my dental appointment today and was amazed at how this office runs. it’s very clean and high tech. i’m very fearful of dentistry but Darlene, the person who scheduled my appointment, reassured me that I was in good hands and she was right. Look no further, you’ve definitely found what you’re looking for here! From start to finish this office has been AMAZING!!!! I called because I had a really bad tooth ache, Darlene helped me get in for an appointment one hour after I called. She walked me through the whole process and gave me a heads up on what to expect. Dr. Pham is probably the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s so gentle and polite. He really made me feel like family. I’m definitely recommending this place to my family and friends!

I've been coming to this dentistry office for years now, and staff has always been wonderful. They use modern technology with their equipment, and their office is always clean. So I recently went in for some treatment, was very nervous and scared but coming to this office was the greatest experience I ever had. Especially the benefits coordinator Erica was a huge help in making me feel comfortable and at ease. The whole team really was great. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Had my first appointment yesterday and was very pleased with the overall experience. My appointment started on time and Yessica was very efficient with my x-rays. They do digital x-rays so it was much more comfortable and uses way less radiation. Dr. Marian Abdalla conducted my exam and thoroughly explained all my options all while making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Their billing specialist, Erica, then walked me through the costs and payment options.

I relocated to Long Beach recently and I'll be honest I was sad about having to look for a new dentist since I had been with my previous one for 12+ years. I ended up breaking my crown soon after moving to Long Beach so I gave them a call to see if I could be seen same day. They got me in with no issues! Anytime I have any questions they are so helpful not to mention Liz and Dr. Pham are truly a dream team! I truly feel like I'm in great hands and the customer service has truly been exceptional!!

I have been to this office for 5 years now. People at front desk have changed a couple times over the years. As people mentioned, some were and are not friendly and they look like they do not want to be there. But there are a few receptionists who were/are nice and wonderful.
Jeanette at the front desk who helped me and my daughters was very attentive and friendly. She said she just started working as a receptionist last winter and she loves working there. She was very kind and helpful.

The front desk is the problem here and it's a bummer since the dentist I met was really nice. Not worth the hassle of the ladies being rude and unprofessional to me as a customer. Even when you are waiting in the lobby (30 minutes past me appt time) you can hear how rude and catty they are. I would not recommend going here. Lots of other dentists in LB with better front desk staff.

Have gone here for a while and though their dentistry is good, their administration is terrible. I received a call from a collections agency about a bill I had paid in the office 2 years ago and despite 5 calls to them, I am unable to get a copy of the bill and am only send to an off site support team who says I will get a call back from the office, but that doesn't happen. Now I'll have to into the office to address the issue because they cannot be bothered to take calls themselves or return a call from a patient.

I have been a patient at Long Beach Smiles for 2 plus years. I always receive the best care from start to finish. Darlene who works at the front desk knows her job and always treats people with the utmost respect, caring and professional manner. She knows her job. The same goes for their hygienist, Nancy and Dr. Chung. Couldn't ask for a better team.

I was very fearful if the dentist had bad experiences in the past when I came here I was so scared but the amazing team here made me feel a whole different way starting from the front office Darlene answered so many questions and walked me through a smooth procedure and pretty much took away my fear. I've have to see them about every 3 months if feels like and when I go in I feel like family Danita my hygienist is absolutely amazing comforts me and is so gentle. Dr Chung is the best he's helped me feel more confident with my smile and I will never go to anyone else my family &I drive 40 something

Austin Taylor is a condescending unprofessional manager at the office... curious why anyone would place him in charge to run things smoothly. I requested to speak with his manager and apparently there isn't anyone he can refer me to... his manger is Kamiley Crowell and I'll be working to get into contact with her so my basic questions and request can be fulfilled without hassle or headache.

Horrible experience as a new patient. Do NOT go here. To sum it up the experience was sloppy, abrupt, and dirty. And the QA/ attention to detail here is awful, I wouldn't trust them to work on anyone I love or care about.
No attention to covid, or mention of it besides a sign saying masks are mandatory... half the staff is literally running around without masks or gloves.
Paperwork is joke. You don't see any forms you're signing, no accountability.
Nurse assistant didn't wear gloves and literally tried to put her bare fingers in my mouth. I called her out and she was rude
