I used to use accuchex payroll services for my office's payroll, first of all their software system is outdated , therefore there is no user friendly platform to run payroll online, so you have to do the VERY old school system of writing down everything and faxing it to them ( i dont even have a fax ), from there they input all payroll and benefits they have over the years made SEVERAL mistakes on the payroll made a huge mess, it takes them weeks to correct it most of the time they dont know what is going on, and they are also rude and on-apologetic even when they make the mistake themselves.

I obtained a Bachelor of Science from UC Berkeley and had been doing all the accounting, including payroll for my business of 25 years. When the recession hit, I had to lay off my bookkeeper and I was having trouble keeping up with the tax returns and weekly payroll. I NEVER thought I would use a payroll service, but I checked it out and it turned out to be one of the best moves I've made.
