Chef Andy Mangiduyos grew up in Maui, Hawaii amongst a slew of great restaurants and banquets serving an array of Pacific Rim Cuisine. He studied at the UH Maui, Hawaii and began his career with Hyatt Hotels at a young age. His prior experience includes working at Hyatt Regency Maui, Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, and became an Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Santa Clara.

Includes servers, buffet attendants, white glass plates, silver dining utensils, chairs and tables. Kalei's Kitchenette catered my wedding over the past weekend. I was originally planning on getting married in June 2020 but we obviously had to cancel and reschedule. Through it all, they were so kind and patient with us. They always responded quickly and helped with anything I needed. I also had vegan guests and they were very accommodating for them. We worked together for nearly 2 years and everything came out amazing. The food was delicious and the setup was gorgeous. Chef Andy and Khara are so amazing and I recommend them to EVERYONE!

Kalei's Kitchenette is fantastic! We hired them for a small company event in the Gaslamp area. Both Chef Andy and Khara were extremely communicative, quick to respond, and took care of everything we asked for. Chef Andy dropped the food off for us. He was early, very polite, and set everything up beautifully. My only regret is that no one got a picture of the set up before we chowed down! Everyone loved the food and there was more than enough to feed our group. I 100% recommend Kalei's Kitchenette for your next event!

We had Chef Andy cater our covid wedding and it was phenomenal. Chef Andy catered to our specific personal and guest dietary restrictions and everything tasted spectacular. Everyone was raving about the food and experience. Chef Andy is such a wonderful person to work with and the service was not only excellent but affordable as well. They set up a very nicely decorated table with bento boxes and everything. Worry free, delicious meal for our big day! Thank you so much Kalei's Kitchenette!
