Tacos and Gorditas was excellent from beginning the quote process to finishing the last bites of tacos!!! Priscilla managed our order from beginning to end and we could not have been happier. She went over and above with being transparent, quick responding and extremely courteous.

For price (per person), it is not too bad.
We have hired them on several occasions. On our recent event, they only had 1 person to serve 50 people. It seems okay, but it does seem like the station needs 2 people to serve 50....
Overall, a solid OK, but I am giving them 4 stars b/c of the pandemic and hiring people is very difficult right now.

Had some last minute hiccups nearing the date of my party but the company worked well with me and stayed in contact to assure things worked out in the end, and it did! The food was great, the guests were all commenting on how delicious everything was, and the ladies who came to serve (Helena and Margarita) were very sweet and professional, even arriving to the venue before US to start prepping and cooking!

These people were thorough professionals, well priced, great value! Even as we planned for an indoor/ outdoor baby shower and then it was raining - they were cool, calm and collected as we were scurrying around.
The chicken was particularly good! Would prefer for corn and flour tortillas to always be included as options as I had to pay extra for flour tortillas and the servers used those without offering an option to guests and we ran out of flour tortillas and had a big bag of corn left over.
Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Tacos & Gorditas for any event that you are having. This past weekend they came and catered my son's farewell party before he joins the military and let me tell you they were PHENOMENAL. Booking was super easy and the prices were so reasonable that all I had to get afterwards were drinks and desserts. Margarita and David arrived two hours before the event, they set up a beautiful display, cooked the food and were ready to serve by the time requested. Sandra and her crew were excellent to work with. We hired them to serve at our son and daughter in law twin baby shower party. They were on time, friendly and most importantly made delicious food. We were so happy with Tacos and Gorditas. The food was outstanding and service exceptional! In addition, the prices are more than reasonable. Fabiola and Edgar arrived early and got to work right away. They were friendly and professional and QUICK! As soon as they lit the fire, the scent came across the yard and we were instantly hungry! My only regret is that I didn't wear a big dress so I could keep eating! (My pants were getting too tight-had to undo the button! Lol!) They were amazing!! Tacos and Gorditas came recommended to us by a friend. My husband and I booked them for our twins birthday party on cinco de mayo. All the food was made fresh and tasted delicioso! They were so friendly and arrived early to grill and cook everything to perfection. My family and friends were raving about how good the food was. I am so happy I went with Tacos and Gorditas. We had them cater our elopement party. They showed up early to set up and get started on the food. It was great having them cook all the meat on the spot. Everyone loved the food! There were people that went back seconds, thirds, and fourth rounds and we still had a lot of leftovers to take home.

An absolute disappointment!! If you want to run out of food with an hour to go in service time, then hire these folks. The only reason I gave this company a shot was because my go-to taco company "Mi Rancho" was all booked up. They have a minimum group size of 50 people, and our group was only 36 and they ran out of meat!!!!
I have hired half a dozen companies in the past and I have never ran out of food, and I have had parties with all hungry teenagers and still didn't run out of food. This was a shock and a disappointment.

Used this company for team work event and they were awesome. Had chicken and beef street tacos with all the fixings enough for 50 and it was much more than expected. We also had large tray of Spanish rice and beans. We ordered for 50 which was minimum headcount at about $8 per head and we had so much leftovers at our work event at La Jolla shores that we invited the lifeguards to eat as well as feeding some homeless folk that were in the area. I would highly recommendable men's using Sandra for you company needs as well as your family gatherings. The best value out there.
