Mindful Movement Pilates
Mindful Movement is utilizing Zoom technology to help you stay active, healthy and fit. We are currently offering Mat Pilates instructed live via Zoom. Get one of our quarantine specials and register for any class on our schedule at least 15 minutes in advance. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email that will contain the Zoom link for entry into the class.

Mindful Movement is a boutique fitness and wellness studio conveniently offering group and personalized options in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, TRX, Strength, Meditation and much more. We're not just a studio, we're a movement.

Awesome class with a wonderful instructor, easy to follow and a great workout! I am new to Pilates (I usually do Zumba and basic weight training), and I really enjoyed Tina's Pilates class, could do all the movements without modifications and had fun! Highly recommended!

I took an online mat pilates class offered by Mindful Movement, and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Tina is a wonderful instructor and kept us well-engaged throughout the session, guiding us to holistically focus on movement, breathing and posture. I loved the pace of the workout, and how I felt at then end of it!

As a newcomer to Pilates, I loved everything about this workout. My instructor Tina was extremely knowledgeable and considerate of her clients level of ability, and skill set. Being a beginner I felt at ease throughout the class and appreciated the modifications which worked well for me at this point. Can’t wait for the next class!.

This is a fabulous pilates studio! I had never done pilates and the instructors were so patient with me, explaining the movements and the different options with each. The vibe is the studio is welcoming, relaxing, clean and warm. I thoroughly enjoyed my class and can't wait to go back!!

I have been going since they opened & I always leave feeling great!! The studio is clean & the instructors are so knowledgeable. Once they know your health issues, they modify the exercises so I’m always confident I’m in good hands. The classes are small so they’re always watching to make sure the moves are done correctly. I would go more if my schedule allowed but always happy when I can get a session in! I highly recommend this studio. You won’t be disappointed.

I love everything about Mindful Movement...the instructors are great, the classes are fantastic and fun, and I get an awesome workout every time I go! Tina and Courtney give each client personalized attention within a small group, and everyone is able to be challenged according to their own ability. I am so happy I found this studio, which I would highly recommend to everyone!

I started coming to this studio after having an abdominal surgery that weakened my core quite a bit. As a former fitness instructor and personal trainer myself, it was a very hard adjustment for me to be the one that needed the modifications to get through the classes. I can't say enough about the encouragement and support both Courtney and Tina gave me as their student, and more importantly about their knowledge about the body and how i needed to heal my core and strengthen it with time. Their classes are not only challenging but they are fun as well and their studio is the perfect cozy setting

I look forward to each session at Mindful Movement. I was hesitant to begin working out again due to an injury, however Tina and Courtney are extremely supportive and accommodating. The class sizes are small so I always feel like I’m getting individualized attention. They are great about about modifying moves for me, while also increasing the level of difficulty as I get stronger. I also love that there is variey in both the equipment and types of classes. So thankful I found them!

Warm and friendly. Amazing studio with a variety of classes: jump board, reformer, triple threat, combo barre/chair. Classes are small in size so you always get personalized attention from the instructor in order to meet your goal. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to get to know each client. My strength, energy and flexibility have all improved while losing inches. I highly recommend to check out this studio. You will not be disappointed.

I love everything about taking classes here! I had never done Pilates before but now I find it addicting. I always look forward to going and really miss it when I’m not able to make a class. The classes are small and there is a ton of individualized attention. Tina and Courtney are experts and they really know what’s best for each student. I feel so much better since I began about 2 months ago. I highly recommend it!
