Finally sat down to give a review and I can see why they get 5 stars. Very friendly and straightforward. Had a bad wheel bearing on my Toyota Highlander and not only were they much lower than the dealership but it ended up being less than what I was quoted. Good job Andrew and his crew. I read all the reviews and they're legit. I stopped by and spoke to Andrew about my 2016 Toyota Camry feeling like it's going to stall and that my MAS probably needing cleaning. He didn't charge me a Diagnostic Fee and looked at it and repaired the car without adding the repairs and Diagnostic Fees too like most places do. Honest guys here and that is few and far between today.

I was having AC issues and my steering wheel started shaking after a long trip in the heat from Utah to LV. My AC completely turned off so I headed straight to a different auto shop. They managed to get my AC going again by tapping it and quoted me for the AC if I were to get it fixed and new rotors. It was wayyyy more then I could afford at the time and I also sensed the price might be a little off. That night I searched trustworthy auto shop and this place popped up. I was caught in Las Vegas with temperatures hovering around 115 degrees. The A/C went out in my Toyota Pickup. After reviewing the many exemplary comments made by other customers. I decided to try Trusted Imports. I showed up before opening time around 7:30. The owner, Andrew warmly greeted me. I explained that I had respiratory issues and that I was in a real pinch because I had to be in Idaho for an important court appearance two days later. My father first discovered Trusted Imports when he had a belt break while in town from San Diego. Since they generally do not visit a dealership while home, they found the closest to the spot, and had the truck brought to Andrew at Trusted Imports. He was quick, efficient, great price, and got them back on the road to home quickly. I now bring my Lexus and Toyota there for normal maintenance, and they treat everyone with great respect and care. Had new rotors & brakes done today. This is my second time using this shop & the service & work are A+ all the way!! This is a very honest shop that does work the right way & they don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need! Andrew & his staff are the only ones you should use if your vehicle needs help!! This auto repair shop knows what they are doing - for an issue on my Toyota they found in 10 minutes what costed me $3600.00 combined bill from three autoshops total in vegas when they were chasing an imaginary issue...that was my savings but if this is what I had to suffer through just to end up at "Trusted Imports" via a Bible study referral "James Farwig" so be it b/c I'm a forgiving person and as long as the pain leads me to an ultimate victory - God bless those crooked places, which by the way my experience has given me discernment that there are only 1% honest repair

Andrew is the BEST. I would give him 10+++ stars if I could! My 2001 Sequoia wouldn't start this morning and had it towed to him. He looked at it immediately upon arrival, fixed the problem right away while I waited, was out the door faster than I ever expected!! Andrew is the owner of Trusted Imports and he took care of my problem. I own a 2009 Lexus LS460 and had an issue with the rear trunk latch assembly not working. I was able to find a new OEM trunk assembly and He was able to remove, replace and RE-set the trunk assembly system. And it him took less than an 1hr and 30mins to do this. The Lexus Dealer wanted $1,199.00 for this repair. It cost me less than $150.00!!! WOW!!!

Very fast diagnosis and quick repair of a failed bearing in a 2013 Toyota Avalon. The fix was completed within 3 hours and the car rides like new again. In particular, Toyota dealer service departments in Las Vegas and Dublin, California, could not diagnose the problem, nor fix it. Andrew and his team figured this out in about 5 minutes.
Don't waste your time with the dealer service, unless you are under warranty, I guess. Trusted Imports will be cheaper, faster, and better when you are paying for your own repairs!

WOW!! Great service. I went in because my charger/cigarette lighter was not working. I knew I was in the right place when I walked in the door. Andrew greeted me warmly and immediately took a look at my car. Because of his awesome customer service, I asked him to take a look at my brakes too. He came back and told me that the fuse was blown and the brakes were OK. I asked him how long it would take to replace the fuse. He said "it's already done." I asked him how much he was going to charge me and he said "no-charge." I was shocked!! FYI, the diagnostic fee at my local
