If you are one of the millions of Americans struggling with seemingly insurmountable debts, you may be wondering what you can do to get the relief that you and your family need. Fortunately, there are options. Given that you are eligible, a Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing may be the best way to discharge your debts and protect your property.
Priority claims are unsecured debts that must be repaid first in Chapter 13. Back taxes incurred in the last three years and child support arrearages owed to a child or ex (not a government agency) are the most common priority debts that must be paid in full. Your Chapter 13 repayment plan must also provide that you will stay current on your secured debts that will last longer than your plan (e.g., mortgage).

My wife and I procured Ryan's services for our legal issue. We were astonished with his high quality and experience. The man is VERY knowledgeable, friendly, proactive and helpful. What we really liked was how he put us at ease almost immediately. This is a process that must be done correctly, and we rightfully trusted Ryan to get us there. I cant imagine using anyone else for something like this. Trying to find someone to help you at this stage is very trying and daunting, but do yourself a favor and bring Ryan on board. You WON'T be sorry, I promise. Thank you Ryan!

I performed a great deal of research prior to making a choice regarding attorney representation. I knew the first time I met Ryan I made the right decision. Not only was he compassionate regarding my situation, but was highly qualified in the application of the law to best protect me. I have no hesitation in recommending Ryan. Schedule an initial consultation, you'll be glad you did.

Ryan is an outstanding bankruptcy attorney. He was very kind helping my wife and I through this hard time in our life. His advice was excellent and helped us ensure we would never again be in the same financial predicament. He has also been gracious in giving us follow up advice on a previous bankruptcy involving my business.

For bankruptcy, Ryan spent hours, days, and weeks planning and strategizing with me and my wife. He was the architect of my financial future. I am proud to report, his plan has worked! I am 6 years out from my Chapter 7 discharge and have successfully executed his plan.

Four years ago our family’s financial situation began to take a turn for the worse which caused our family to fall behind on our mortgage payments. The mortgage company was taking steps to foreclose on our home. I had no idea where to even begin or what I needed to do to save my family’s home. I have three children and also take care of my elderly father whom also lives with us; so losing the house was not an option. Not even knowing where to start as far as catching up on the mortgage payments, I started to search for a reputable attorney. That is when Attorney Ryan Ruehle was recommended

I thought filing bankruptcy would be one of the worst experiences of my life. After seeking counsel from Ryan, I left the hearing knowing I was very lucky to have Ryan Ruehle representing me. He is currently serving in our military, but is extremely easy to approach. Ryan addressed and handle each and every question I could throw at him. Without him, and assistance from his paralegal Sharday, my bankruptcy experience would have been dreadful. If you're considering a bankruptcy attorney, HIRE RYAN! You won't be disappointed.
