Got my car towed here to get alternator fixed after it died on me. Service was great, he had the parts he needed ordered in by the next day, and got the repair done quickly. The owner was very friendly, and he even went out of his way to give me a ride back to my apartment so I didn't have to call an Uber home. Car is running great now.

Great mechanics, they know the in and outs of my 2017 VW Passat and my 2017 VW Jetta. I trust both of my vehicles to them since I get quality work at a fair price with quality replacement parts. Jerry with South Florida Auto went above and beyond for me. I wanted to purpose to my (now wife) girlfriend with a ring but also her dream car (1965 Deluxe VW Beetle). I remember driving by the shop as a child, when Jerry's dad ran the shop. I figured i would check in to see if they had any leads on a local Bug for me to purchase. At the time he didn't, so i kept looking. About 2 months later i got a call from Jerry telling me he had a friend that was ready to sell theirs. I ended up buying the Bug from Jerry's friend and i couldn't be happier (neither could my wife).

Jerry and his crew have been nothing less than exceptional. In this day and age, customer service seems to be a dying art, with few exceptions. South Florida Auto is one of the exceptions. Jerry has gone above and beyond, tackling difficult projects. His engineering background and teaching ability have helped me understand my vehicle, like I never have before. Jerry explains what's going on with my vehicle, and uses the old parts as demonstrative pieces, to teach me what happened with my vehicle, and what I need to do with it in the future to prevent catastrophic damage.
