I just had my birthday yesterday, and used this company to get to my brunch in the city. Pam was extremely helpful in helping me pick the bus, was very clear and honest about the pricing, and answered any questions and concerns that I had. The day of my birthday, the driver was on time and extremely professional. He got us to the brunch on time, and had us home within the time limit of 6 hours (I think his name was Sergio?) The only thing i would say is that i wish that i was allowed to see the bus beforehand, so that i knew what it looked like, i was given the runaround for that, but not a big

This was so last minute but we wanted to go to the wineries as an end of summer farewell so to speak.. Long Island Party Rides is the place to go!
With all that is going on in the world today we did not think we were going to be able to find anyone on such short notice. Pam was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. The bus we wanted was not available but she was willing to give us a larger one at a lower cost. The bus was immaculate inside and out. The driver was very prompt and he went above and beyond taking the time to make sure we were always OK and did not need anything he even

Had the best experience with Long Island party rides. Booked them for a day at the wineries ! From beginning to end we were treated like family. The girl that books the jobs was super helpful and led us to the right type of car for our party !! The party bus was just perfect!! Clean as could be, stocked with everything we wanted and the driver was on time, friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend this company and wouldn’t use anyone else going forward!!!

Pam from LIpartyrides was extremely professional, easy to deal with and quick to respond. It was an amazing experience. Limo was what I expected and prices Reasonable. This is a great company that I highly recommend. I used their service for my sons prom.
Pam (owner ) was so sweet and helpful. Andrew (driver) was so professional and all the kids loved him.
The limo was clean and well maintained and the price was well worth the experience. We rented 26 passenger party bus. All the parents were completely satisfied.
I was referred from a friend that used them for a wine tour out East . They do tours to city as well. I look forward to using LI Party ride again in the near future.

Do not use!! Their company is a scam!!!
I used them a few days ago and besides for them coming a half hour late, when they finally showed up they came with the wrong vehicle. not only did they come with the wrong vehicle but it wasn't even theirs, they sent a vehicle from a different company. do not use this company! Vehicle was smaller than promised and barely any features that were promised.

I recently rented a party bus from LI Limos. We didn't have the best experience so I called them to explain what went wrong. They promised me a call back the next day after they spoke to the driver. It's been weeks. No callback. The lack of professionalism is really disappointing.
The driver arrived 15 minutes late. He told me that he was coming from Brooklyn & he couldn't help the traffic. I usually leave earlier when there's traffic and I have somewhere to be, but I guess that's just me. The driver lacked professionalism and was very disengaged.

I rented the Range Rover for my birthday last weekend with my friends and we all LOVED it. Karen was our driver and she was fantastic. She was funny, super nice, and a great driver. The limo was clean, stocked with waters , and the technology worked flawlessly...I booked through Marc who was quick to answer any questions I had , making the process as easy as possible for me. I recently rented a 24 passenger party bus for my boyfriends graduation/birthday party. I have no complaints. They are simply amazing!
Joe, our driver, was so nice and very professional. I told them it was a surprise and the bus needed to arrive 15 minutes before our pick-up time; Joe was there two hours early waiting for us. The bus was clean and the lights/electronics/audio cord worked well. It was also very spacious considering there were 22 adults on board.
