One of the biggest reasons we chose this apartment complex was the amenities the apartment had to offer, especially the pool. However, the pool is chained up all the time so that residents are not able to use it. Many residents have expressed their concerns over this issue and the lack of customer service here on the matter is ridiculous! I have even been told by one of the staff members that the price I pay for rent does not include the amenities allowing them to be able to keep it locked if they want to. There are many other apartment complexes that do not have a pool and are substantially cheaper

Jackson place Apartments is a beautiful community to live in. Everything is kept clean and organized. Mrs Rios (our leasing consultant) showed us the common areas and the model apartments available. We were very blessed to have met Mrs Rios. She really exceeded our expectations. We are definitely considering moving in very soon.

Best place I ever lived in, maintenance is amazing and quick to resolve any issues. These apartments are beautiful and very clean, and we never had any bug problems the 2 years we lived there. I highly recommend it. My husband and I were sad to have to leave but if the opportunity arises in the future we would love to move back in.
