Birch Street Animal Clinic is proud to serve the Canby OR area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Dax Miller, who is a licensed, experienced Canby veterinarian. Please make an appointment before coming into the clinic. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify our clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Emergencies can be things such as snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion.
This let's us record our patients and owners into our management software so that we can effectively and efficiently provide the service you deserve! Headed out of town and leaving your pet with a sitter? Leave a copy with the sitter and send a copy to our clinic so we can be ready if there is an emergency.

Emily is always so great with getting my animals in and even following up days after to check on fur babies to make sure they are doing well. Dr. Jarret and Dr. Dax are always thorough and really explain everything going on.

The most caring and compassionate veterinary clinic in the area. My kitten Charli went into get spayed,chipped and vaccinated, total bill was $283, was quoted between $500-700 at other vets offices in the area for the same services..🙄 I won’t go ANYWHERE else! They were short handed that day, but you honestly wouldn’t have known!

Staff is always friendly, prompt and makes me feel like I am their only client and my dog is their favorite. The vets are top quality, professional yet personable, very through with their exams, and spend time to explain everything. Several time they have discussed less expensive treatment, careful to explain the pros and cons of both options. I appreciate their mindfulness of the cost of vet care and how try to keep the costs down if possible. One time Dr. Dax saved me over a thousand dollars by doing this and my dog had a full and uncomplicated recovery. I know my dog gets the best and most up

I really like our dogs vet. Treats me with respect for my knowledge with dogs. Doesn't act like I know nothing.
Which I truly appreciate since I grew up in a family of raising dogs.
They take excellent care and even after our dog had to go to ER, they followed up the next day.
