Floodbusters
A crawl space is essentially a small basement. In homes with crawl spaces, moisture and unsafe air infiltrate the home, causing potential health hazards. Your home should be safe and comfortable, not a place that makes you sick or endangers your health and stability. People can have air quality problems in any kind of home, new or old.

Many things in your home can cause air quality problems including flooded basements, basements with moisture, humidity, and foundation cracks. At Floodbusters we focus on your basement, correcting issues, and helping provide a healthy environment for the rest of your home. Most homeowners seldom think of their basement as much more than just a storage area or perhaps a place for the laundry, a workout area or a playroom.
Services
Floodbusters Basements is a local, family owned basement waterproofing and foundation repair company founded and operated locally since 1988. Floodbusters Basements is not a nationwide cookie cutter franchise company. Quality, honesty, and integrity are the core values at Floodbusters Basements. Our primary focus has been to acquire and utilize the very best foundation waterproofing and repair materials available in the industry.
We strive to continuously improve customer satisfaction while adapting to life changes. In the last decade, smartphones, mobile devices, and the Internet have changed our customer preferences for convenience, speed, and self-service which have raised customer expectations. With these trends in mind, we now have a more efficient process for providing our customers with estimates.
Floodbusters Basements is the leading local basement waterproofing contractor, serving Baltimore and other Maryland areas' families with a sub-floor drainage system engineered specifically to solve basement water problems in our area. Our systems can be designed to meet the needs of any home, regardless of age or size.
If so, you should consider taking action. Did you know that over 40% of the air that you breathe on the first floor of the home comes from the basement or crawl space? Because of this, crawl space waterproofing and encapsulation is essential to your family's health. A crawl space is essentially a small basement.
If the sump pump stops for any reason, the system will fail and your basement may get wet. That is why if you are going to rely on a sump pump to keep your basement dry, you should make it of the highest quality and make sure that it is regularly serviced. At Floodbusters Basements, we recommend our GrateSump Sump Pump System.

I called and scheduled four different waterproofing companies to evaluate my home. Though I regretfully do not remember his name, the person who presented to my home from Floodbusters was the ONLY one who really took the time to critically evaluate the situation, brainstorm possible causes for my problem, and offer suggestions for exploring/pursing solutions.
He said his company could help fix the crack in a concrete wall but that I could probably have a masonry company do so for less money. Regarding my basement, he said he did not want to recommend any sort of water management solution or installation

I have been dealing with Floodbusters for years. Very relilable and help me out all the time. Very friendly office personnel. They also honored their contracts and I have them come out every six months to clean the wells and make sure everything is working properly.

For many years we had a damp and sometimes wet basement. Especially after heavy rains. After Flood Busters installed their system, very promptly and efficiently, the basement has been bone dry, inspite of the heavy rains we have had all across Harford County during the past year. There has not been a single damp or wet spot anywhere. JLow

I was very pleased with the work that Charles, of Floodbusters did recently at my home in Burke. I needed a trench drain installed, running a non-working outdoor drain into my basement into a previously installed sump pump inside the basement. The job involved digging up a concrete floor, rerouting the drain, and then laying new concrete. The job was done quickly and professionally, and for a very reasonable cost. I couldn't be more pleased and will use the company again if the need arises!

I had the pleasure of meeting the staff of Floodbusters last year. They treated my basement for mold and waterproofed my basement and installed a subpump. I was satisfied was the affordable price of the installation and the professional service. I had my questions answered before the installation, during the installation and after the installation was completed. Mr. Frank, the owner did a final walk through inspection to check on the accuracy of the installation. He addressed all of my concerns at that time. Mrs. Wanda is very friendly and I enjoy speaking with her on the phone. I would recommend

I am very pleased with this company. Brian, came out and told us exactly what we needed, he was not pushy, and he made sure my wife and I understood everything. The other companies just wanted to take my money, but, this company was the opposite. The price was right, the workers arrived and completed the job quickly. Very little mess was made, and they made sure, everything was right before they left. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. I will recommend Floodbusters to my family and friends.

I used Floodbusters service to help fix water seeping into my basement and I was pleased with their work, customer service, and dedication to the project. The staff was friendly and they welcome questions about the work they were doing, as well as letting me know about the mechanics of how outside water enters basements. Part of my project had a difficult area that need to be worked on (underneath my basement steps), and it required a couple of visits to completely make sure the job was done correctly. Rick even stopped by to help with the work and to make sure I was pleased with the work being

My whole experience with Floodbusters was good from the estimator/salesperson through the actual work to the owner Rick making a follow-up call after job completion to make sure everything was satisfactory. The workman doing the labor were courteous , professional and hardworking . The only complaint was that they should have covered things in the basement to protect them from some of the dust during jack hammering
Floodbusters' was not the lowest estimate I received but I am happy I went with them. I got a good job at a fair price.
I believe I will be saying the same thing when all this snow
