Don’t listen to some of the post that are on here about bringing expensive clothes. They were probably just a horrible customer. I brought in a $100 Carhartt work pants and the materials are really thick and difficult to alter. I had them taper and hem my pants and they turned out beyond my expectation. Also fair price compared to a lot of other places in Seattle. Trust me if you need something altered go here they’re the absolute best.

I came in with a beautiful hand woven/knit blanket that I had stupidly thrown in the washer machine. It had basically unraveled, hanging on by literal threads. She was careful, considered the blanket, and explained to me how she suggested fixing it. I agreed and in a week or two, my blanket was ready, good as new. You could never tell it had been basically destroyed before! And the cost was so reasonable. I will be using Ellenvilla again the next time I need something altered!

Elenvilla tailored my dress beautifully and it was super affordable. I saved so much money on my wedding dress by choosing to get it altered here. The tailor even humored me when I asked her to take it in for a tighter fit, even though I knew it would be a difficult job because of the stretch of the fabric.
