My name is Sokhim and I love making my clients feel happy in their perfectly fitted clothing. I have been working as a seamstress for 30+ years, from Neiman Marcus to Nordstrom to my own business. While I love the simple hemming jobs, I am specialized in bridal, formal dress alterations, and restyling statement pieces.
Some of my favorite moments are seeing the smiles on my client's faces when they come in for their fittings. It is the transformation that I love seeing. For me, my job is not a science, it is an art. It is really important to make sure I can connect with my clients on a personal level. It is even more important to deliver quality results that they deserve on their big day or a special event.

I pride myself on mastering the best sewing methods for different materials from all around the world. From Chanel clothing to Vera Wang wedding gowns, I love creating the perfect fit for my clients.
When it comes to creating your perfect fit, I like to meet with my clients to see them in their outfits prior to providing an estimate. Every job is different. They were able to accommodate my rush order, and they did an amazing job tailoring the dress to fit my body comfortably and explaining how the bustle works to me. Sokhim was amazing! She is so kind professional, and really cares about the work she does. I contacted her about 2 months prior to my wedding to beginning the alteration process. She was very flexible with appointment scheduling and I would 100% recommend her for anything you need altered. It was such a wonderful experience. Sokhim saved my wedding dress! After a truly awful experience with another tailor, I was desperately looking for someone to fix my wedding dress just two weeks prior to my wedding. Not only is she an incredibly kind person, but she is so talented at what she does! She identified all of the issues with my dress without me even having to explain what was wrong with it. In just a week and a half she turned a dress that I hated wearing into a dress I truly loved and felt confident in. Look no further - Sokhim is the best there is. I don't know what I would have done without her!

I had an amazing experience here! The owner exceeded my expectations. She not only altered my dress perfectly but she also put zippers on my pillow cases for my couch so I could wash them. She was super knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I will be coming back here and I would highly recommend!!

Sokhim is top notch customer service. She gives you her straight and honest opinions but always wants the experience to be tailored to the customer. Pun intended. She makes sure you leave her shop happy with the alterations. She made my fiancé feel beautiful in her wedding gown (I haven’t seen it yet), and she’s also working with the whole family! I would highly recommend Sokhim to alter, hem or bustle any wedding gown! You can tell just in the first meeting that she is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about wedding gowns and knows how to make the bride look her best. She said repeatedly that the most important thing is for the bride to feel comfortable in her gown on her wedding day and she really meant it. She will work hard to achieve that goal.

Sokhim is really an expert in the field, I felt so lucky to find her for my wedding dress. I trust her since she has 20+ years experience with Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, and she is extremely kind, she charged only $300 for the exceptional work she did. At downtown Seattle or Bellevue it could have been $900. My dress was two sizes large, it had 8 layers of skirt, 3D lace stitched on top. The waist was wide, shoulder was too long and shoulder strap too wide. She too care of every aspect and the dress ended up exactly what I wanted. It's well worth driving to the North and work with her, I recommend
