I recently went to YCD to get my Apple Watch repaired. The owners gave me all of my options and plenty of information to make my decision. I decided to buy a new Apple 7 watch.
I was really happy with my decision. The owners were super helpful and friendly. I would go back again without hesitation. This place is a hidden treasure.

I recently purchased a phone here, the rep was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a manner that I understood.
Its also the only place in Michigan that has a real screen protector... I recommend it 👌 the guy set his personal $1400. IPhone on the the counter and smashed it with a weight about 10 times..... seemed crazy, but not a mark on it.

I have been going to YCD for years. I have used multiple cell phone providers and never really had great cell service nor customer service. I called Brandon at YCD years ago for advice and he told me to come in and see him and he would help me out. He not only helped me with that issue he gained a life long customer. I know drive over 2 hours to see Brandon with any and all my cell phone and computer needs . YCD is a great company with excellent customer service. As long as I can I will always go to YCD.

Owners helped me with getting into mining crypto currency, took the time to show and explain alot of their knowledge, and order parts i needed. Went above and beyond just selling stuff. Will definately be going there from now on instead of big box stores where employees just dont know what their selling.

Came in today to do a phone swap for my mom. Staff was super helpful and willing to go above and beyond in doing everything they can to make it a simple transition. They provide numerous services and piggyback on every national carrier. They have a large selection of devices that are both fair in pricing and in good condition.
Highly recommend giving these guys a shot, support local business! And for whoever wrote the other negative review, I'm not sure what had transpired but I have a hard time seeing these guys doing anything along those lines.

I took our flat screen TV down there to get repaired. A few weeks later they called said it would cost 150.00 to replace, my wife said she would get back with them after she checks our bank. Then life happens an she did not get back with them for a spell. Now just over 30 days it has been down there, she goes down there to pick up the Television. The employee says they don't have a ticket for it an its not in the back. She calls back the next day. Then finds out, they said they threw it out an it was unfix-able.
