I looked into these Townhomes a few months back and was giving the run around (by somebody that was temporally working there). I finally went into the office because I it was getting closer to my move out date and my nerves were everywhere. Nesha reassured everything will be taking care of and she will from now on comminute with me. Nesha has kept her word with me. She knew what I feared, and what I wanted for my child. She informed me the future plans for the community and the future updates. Nesha I cant thank you enough, you have went over above and beyond (and per the reviews others as well

When I first moved in, everything was just a mess and so disorganized and trash everywhere. Since the new property manager Nesha has took over, the community looks a lot better. She came and introduced herself to me when I was walking outside and just letting me know her plans to turn this place around. She is a little strict lol, but I think that’s exactly what this place needed to turn it around. She is always on top of everything and gets back to me right away with any concerns that I have. I have been living here since April 2021. We finally have a manager that cares about our community I am so glad to have her as my property manager. Ms. Nesha is very helpful and understanding. I would refer anyone to live over here. The changes she has made to the properly looks a whole lot better. I love the space I have in my unit! Thanks for making this neighborhood feel like home!
