Unfortunately it seems the management team has lost a step or two since Lois retired. A colleague and I both had the same experience of expressing interest in roles we were certainly qualified for and after four phone messages and a follow up email on my part not even the professional courtesy of a response. My colleague was more determined and placed six calls leaving messages with each and two emails. She also received no word or response of any kind.
