We are no longer taking reservations, we are first come, first serve counter-service. Terlingua-style! Enter through the Market and you will be given a table be added to our wait list. Once you are ready to order you can place your order with a Team Member in the Market and will start a tab. All food and drink will be brought out to you!

There is a reordering station at the Corral Bar and Team Members floating in each of the dining sections to help you reorder what you may like. The bars are first come first serve-full service and are not part of the wait list. Now serving lunch & dinner TO-GO & offering outside dining on our open aired deck, our margarita garden and in the Corral.

We are always looking for people to proactively contribute to our operations. Please reach out if you are someone who is ready to grow. We believe in working with people at all experience levels and backgrounds who are willing to work hard, ask questions and find solutions. We offer our four distinct dining spaces, as described below, for afternoon and evening time frames. These frames are from 12-4PM and 5-9PM. Each dining space can accommodate up to 30 people for a seated event and potentially more for cocktails and small bites. Our rates are for the full, exclusive, use of each of these dining spaces and include full setup and breakdown of necessary event equipment.

Terlingua is amazing! We got the chips and guac, then the small BBQ board - perfect size for two people. The meats were cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. The margaritas were delicious too! We cannot wait to go back!

I love this place! The fish taco was hands down the best taco I have ever had. The deviled eggs with salmon were also amazing we got a side of guac with it and made it a full meal. The brisket tacos were also fantastic... I could go on and on. We had great service, can't wait to go back and try the rest. Not to be missed for a meal and margarita in Portland!

Our server Ryan was awesome! He was super friendly and personable and made our dinner even better. I highly recommend the pork carnitas and apple soda! Don’t forget tres leches for dessert.

Delicious BBQ and tex-mex. Enter via the market for seating for the restaurant (indoor or outdoor). The market is cute and has lots of great food, beer, wine, and other goods.
We got the BBQ plate, the quesadilla for kids, and the chicken tortilla soup. For dessert we had pot de creme (chocolate pudding). All the food was delicious.
They have an excellent beer selection on draft and good wines as well. Did not get to try the cocktails, but they looked great.

Fresh, authentic delicious food. Everything we had, food and drinks, were off-the-charts good. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the company of the bartenders, Ben and Scott, who, although busy, still were able to engage and make the night a lot of fun. We will be back!

The food was perfection! We shared the taquitos, as well as the chips and queso. I rounded out with the brisket tacos. Best tacos hands down. Brisket wasn't the slightest bit dry. Toppings were an amazing combination of flavors.
Service is where a star was lost for us. When you walk in, you wait in line regardless of having a reservation or not. We ended up being 20 minutes past our reservation time due to waiting for walks in and other reservations.
We will definitely go back because the food was fantastic. Our server was also great, but after clearing our plates we didn't see them or another

We arrived early to get a seat outside. The BBQ platter was to die for! Frozen pain killers were fabulous. Highly recommended!

This place was awesome. We panic picked our drinks at the counter when we arrived but were surprised and delighted by our beverages. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was amazing! We had the small BBQ board and barely managed to finish it - again it was delicious!

The frozen painkillers are amazing. Tonight's BBQ board with chicken, brisket, and sausage is decadent. The jalapeño corn bread is delicious. I'll definitely be back....if I ever leave!

A lot of places in Portland get written up as great but we have tried them only to be disappointed. It was wonderful to have this spot exceed our expectations. The back patio is mostly covered and larger than it appears. 10/10 - we will be back. I’m sorry we didn’t try it sooner.

Terlingua is amazing! We wait for our table in the patio(corral or bar area) meanwhile tasting the margaritas and mezcal, after a few, we went to our table and enjoy an amazing smoke BBQ dinner( the pork belly is so tasty!) . Love it come back soon! The service is so amazing! Hope you see the mushroom earring. 🍄 thanks!

Delicioussss! A must try in Maine. I had the fish tacos, margarita, and cucumber tomato salad… everything was fresh and yummy. Staff was great. I’d suggest along ahead or making reservations.

My wife and I went in with high expectations, and they were met. The staff was friendly and knew their stuff. Menu is on the smaller, which I appreciate. It gives a restaurant the ability to make the items that are on the menu well, and well made everything was. The pineapple margarita was killer, an awesome way to start the meal. The guacamole was SO good. The small bbq platter was anything but, the fact that we even considered ordering the large platter was put out of our heads when it hit the table. The pork belly was delightful, the lamb was super tasty too. The cornbread almost stole the show
