Our Yoga Essentials class is a blend of guided flow, yin, and meditation designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of breath (pranayama), and postures (asanas), building balance and stability. If you are a new or continuing yogi, this class is an excellent way to introduce yourself to yoga, and try out different styles.
Our signature Essential Yin focuses on body awareness and the connection of breath to the release of tension. This calming practice uses basic yoga postures in a purposeful sequence. Perfect for yoga beginners (but works equally well for anyone), this class is a gentle alternative to our stronger Vinyasa Flow.

This is a very nice, fairly new yoga studio(signs on the door are still for a martial arts place). It is a small space but perfect for the great classes taught there. I especially like taking Karen Franklin’s classes. She has such a calm and friendly demeanor that everyone(beginner or advanced) feels welcome. I also like that they offer drop in classes and that you can schedule and pay online on the website.
