While their Assist Manager Amanda is amazing and Associate Allison was super helpful. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! If they took the care at the front end of taking care of their customers as they do at the backend of putting out the fire from their failure to provide amazing service this review would be very different. I am willing to put up with missteps but I expect to be treated with kindness and respect upon repairing those missteps.
I have found when you reach Amanda the Assist Manager that happens but you definitely may have a different experience before her.

This facility needs to get their act together! What a horrible experience. I went in for a couple of reasons...one, our credit union closed their branch recently and referred us to this shared co-op branch to withdraw a large amount from our account (this branch is also listed on their website) two, we needed to switch our business accounts over. Drove an hour, went in and was immediately told by the "manager" that she couldn't help me, I tried to explain to her that I just got off the phone with my credit union as well as hers and was told there would be no problem. Had $2000 stolen from account due to identify theft and CU is refusing to reimburse funds. A thief broke into my account, created a new payee, then sent 2 payments to that payee totalling nearly $2000. This credit unions system is so behind the times it couldn't recognize this suspicious activity and alert anyone about it. The people at the CU just say "Sorry. I looks like you gave permission for these transactions. Nothing we can do." That's why it's called identify theft! I will be filing a complaint to the appropriate authorities and speaking to a lawyer about possible legal action against PCCU

4/19/2021 my Mother and I spoke to a manager that assured us that her new debit card would be sent out rush for $25.00 fee. She still has not received it!
Called in this morning and was told it would be out within 7 - 10 days. And since her health and mobility is not well most of her bills are late.
According to my Mother this has been going on since February.
This is very disappointing, I am not happy at all with the service.

Every time I visit the Premier Community Credit Union in Lodi, I am happily greeted by Teller Deborah Podbreger. She remembers me and seems genuinely interested in how I am doing. Being able to form a relationship with one's bank employees is a great way to develop trust in the institution. Thanks for all you do, Deborah.

This is the absolute worst bank to go to if you want great customer service. Not only do they give false information, they never answer their phone and always try to do the least possible amount of work in order to resolve an issue. They will tell you they can't do anything about it even though they can. They will block your card without warning and tell you that they tried calling you to warn you. They will also charge you fees and tell you that they can't fix it but if you push it then all of a sudden they can remove it. Go with Golden 1 instead.

Today was our 3rd loan on a truck and 2 RV's. Personal Banker Breanne Forsythe did all the paperwork and had our 3rd loan and check for the Dealer ready in two hours. She was so great and professional to deal with. What a great experience on all 3 loans over the last few years. If you can have Breanne handle your questions and your loan, you will be very fortunate. She is awesome!!

They are extremely hard to get a hold of over the phone. Pretty much 9 times out of 10 I reach their voicemail, or someone who doesn't work directly for PCCU and they offer to leave a message for them....which is useless.
If you rely on doing some banking over the phone or need customer support over the phone/computer, stay away from these guys. I am so frustrated and going to be leaving completely due their customer service.

We had the worst experience possible with Premier! Both of us spent several years in lending and were referred to them for our construction commercial loan project. We were given false information and mislead for several weeks to find out our loan officer left the company. We were contacted by the manager weeks later that wanted to make it right. We mistakenly started the process over again with him. After months of misinformation, we finally had signed loan docs expecting funds. Days went by without hearing from them with non returned calls and emails to us and the title company to find out the
