Our unique and innovative way of looking at your leveling problem produces results that can save you money while saving your building or home. Our quality assurance begins with a trusted inspection and consultation. We pay attention to detail and will give you an honest appraisal of your needs.
If any adjustments are required due to settlement, 3G Foundation Repair will re-level all areas previously piered by our company without cost to the owner for the life of the structure. Difference must be 3/4 from final elevations taken on original leveling day.
This warranty may be transferred to any subsequent owner provided that the payment for the contract has been paid in full and the property's condition has not been altered or any additions have been made.Access for warranty adjustments and considerations will be performed as defined under original contract.

We have used 3 G in the past when looking at a house to buy. They came and looked at the foundation and gave us an estimate on repairs. Based on that we decided not to buy the home. I wish we had gotten them to look at this one first. But it “seemed level.”
They came and gave us bids on several options. They began work and discovered someone had previously leveled the house and left a real mess. To make repairs would be a much larger job than previously expected. They had us over a barrel and could have taken great advantage of us. But Dario was fair and reasonable on what he charged for the

Owning a home, gives us a since of accomplishment, and joy. But finding out you have foundation problems, can be one of the most scariest things, that can happen. Bought house in 2006,had 3g out,quick and efficient quote. Repairs were done professionaly , during drought house never moved.this is a part concrete,part pier and beam, used again after 2 house floodings,raised house for me 11 ft ,rebuilt with new 12 inch concrete steel reinforced piers,solid as a rock. Cant say enough about these vuys,honest and professional!! Use these guys for your foundation repairs

I guess it's true when they say that for every hundred satisfied customers there will be at least one unhappy customer. I had the best experience with 3G House Leveling! They were very professional and did an excellent job on my house. And when I was selling the property 5 years later, the buyer had an independent engineer do an inspection and he confirmed that the job was done right. Thank you, guys!

I was not satisfied with the work at all. I really should have gone with another company but these guys were cheaper. You get what you pay for.
While leveling the house they broke a joist and then repaired it, but THEY BROKE A JOIST! They never did fix the problem of a heavy weight bearing wall sitting on a weak beam and that is why they were called out. They also added a pier to a corner of the house without adding a beam and so that area began to sink as the extra pier without support created a new problem. They left us with many new foundation problems.
