Services
Soils with high clay content, or expansive soils, swell with moisture then shrink when dry. This means a house's foundation rises and falls depending on the amount of moisture in the soil. Water leaks from showers, sinks, bathtubs, and toilets can occur under the slab or pier and beam foundation. Leaks may be invisible while causing serious foundation problems much the same as the problems caused by inadequate drainage.

After $ 8000.00 and several years of complaining, my floors are still cracking. Had them out again around 5 years ago and they still insisted that the foundation was level. Calling again today so they can come back out again.I cannot afford to continue to change tiled floors and patching cracks.

While unfortunate to need 2 separate instances of foundation leveling on our home (indeed 2 separate issues/areas), our experience with Scott and Superior Foundation Repair were excellent for each. Superior just finished stabilizing the foundation on a recent purchase in eastern Williamson county for us. They are great people to work with and did the work in a very professional manner. The structural engineer that inspected their work had high praise for them. At the end of the job we will get full documentation on their work. I would highly recommend them.

Mike came out to access our foundation failure that his company repaired a year prior. He told me to put liquid nail in the cracks of our chimney where the foundation failed below.?! That is TERRIBLE advice as a professional. This might seem like a smart temporary fix but it is a code violation if you were to try and sell your house this month. He said, 'I've seen this before on previous houses we have done due to us not putting a beam under the chimney area to support the foundation beneath it.' That being the case why continue to do work/repairs that are most likely going to have the same reoccurring
