Services
We guarantee fast solutions for all Foundation problems that will save you time and money. Fast Solutions - because we are foundation repair specialists, working on both pier and beam and slab foundations, we can quickly diagnose the problem. At Quality Foundation Repair Austin we offer you the best possible repair methods with real value.
Central Texas, with its clay-based soil, can cause big problems for foundations - both slab foundations and pier and beam foundations. These soils expand during wet weather and contract during dry weather. When the soil moves, your foundation (and house) moves with it. The ground around the house needs to slope downward and away from the house to aid runoff.
One of our team will call round to your home, thoroughly examine your pier and beam foundation and put together a comprehensive repair plan and price quote unique to your situation. The inspection and quote won't cost you a cent. Quality Foundation Repair is committed to providing you with the best value we can for your repair investment.
All foundations move as the earth beneath them moves, especially as it expands or contracts in wet or dry weather. Over time, foundations settle, that is, they sink slightly into the ground. As the foundation settles, problems with the structure of the house are likely to happen and a foundation repair may be needed.
Your home's foundation is vital to its overall health. Whether you have a concrete slab foundation or a pier and beam foundation, it's important to have your foundation inspected regularly to ensure that there are no issues and it is as healthy as possible. If there are hidden or untreated issues with your foundation, they can lead to expensive structural damage ultimately compromising your home's safety and your quality of life.

Quality Foundation Repair Austin team is very professional and efficient. They finished the job more faster than previous scheduled time needed. After the job is finished, they have cleaned up the working area very well with no trash left on the ground. I do recommend Quality Foundation Repair Austin for the repair if you have any needs.

Marco at Quality Foundation Repair came to my house to provide a next day estimate for foundation work. He and the company were very professional and responsive. A different company asked for a $100 payment to provide an estimate. Another company took more than two weeks to visit and provide an estimate. Marco provided a very affordable price and a very detailed explanation of what work needed to be done before the end of the next business day after his inspection. I can see why my real estate agent recommended that I contact Quality Foundation Repair. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially

Hired Quality Foundation to level a house, add new support beams and posts, and replace the stucco skirting. They were not the cheapest bid, but I had a good feeling about their attention to detail and the positive reviews.
Communication was so-so during the project. Didn't receive updates on the progress like I have with other foundation companies in the past. It felt like the work crew was turned loose with little oversight or involvement by the project manager.
After final payment, we noticed a problem with the level on one of the floors. My emails asking them to come back and look at the

As an Austin RealtorĀ® my clients often need assistance with foundation assessments, quotes, repairs, and warranties. Simon at Quality Foundation Repair Austin is highly recommended! Simon is professional and I truly appreciate his ability to articulate clearly and simply the risks and resolution options for my clients to make decisions about a complex issue. It is such a relief when I find responsive, professional vendors who will do right by my clients (and my own family and friends). I trust Simon as a preferred vendor for my clients.

Quality Foundation has replaced piers and beams at 6 homes that I manage and 1 that I own. I am a property manager for over 25 years and have to say Quality Foundation is the best Foundation company I have worked with! I have previously tried 4 other foundation companies and been either ripped off or very disappointed. Quality Foundation's steel piers with welded U hangers for the beams is a superior product compared to other companies. Simon and Juan are professional and responsive to all issues regarding their work. Their pricing is very competitive and fair. They are up front with the limitations

When my wife and I started to experience concrete slab foundation issues we requested evaluations from various concrete foundation repair contractors. All contractors typically use a precision pressurized hydrostatic altimeter to read elevations. Each of the contractors confirmed that our concrete slab perimeter grade load beams were sinking at opposing diagonal corners, rear and front of home. We chose Quality Foundation Repair for various reasons. Our Project Manager/Foundation Specialist Marco Franco was very punctual on his initial visit and assessment. Marco took the time to explain the foundation
