Dr. Diane Hoss is a dermatologist and dermatopathologist who exclusively treats hair loss and scalp disorders. She is a nationally recognized expert in diagnosing and treating the many types of scaring and non-scaring hair losses. While she is well-known in the field of hair loss, she takes special care to help every patient individually deal with their problem, both medically and emotionally.
On your first visit, Dr Hoss will spend about an hour with you evaluating your condition and providing treatment options. Once her diagnosis is complete, she will try to teach you all she knows about your condition, and then prescribe effective treatment for you to follow. Dr. Diane Hoss grew up in Connecticut. She first attended Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA, where she received the Mrs. Kate C. Power award for highest-ranking student at the end of sophomore year. During her junior year, she transferred to the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
