The front desk is terrible. I had an emergency and called the office in the morning. The woman who answered the call told me to go to the office at 2pm to see Dr Deb. When I got there, I was told by the front desk that I didn’t have an appointment!
I told them it was obviously someone made me error not logging my time slot in the system, otherwise how would you explain I’m here, plus I have to take the time off my work! The woman with glasses at the front desk kept telling me that I didn’t have an appointment because it was not in the system! How frustrating that was!!

I have an 8:45 am appointment confirmation text message stating my appointment is confirmed for 8:45 am on December 8th. I arrive at 8:35 am for my appointment, they say we've no showed you because your appointment is at 8:15 am. They tell me we cannot see you until 4 pm today. I tell them I have a confirmation text stating my appointment time, Starling then states were having issues with our scheduling system, they say we will have a supervisor contact you. A supervisor calls me while I'm sitting in the waiting area and she tells me they only have one cardio tech on the other one had to leave

I’ve had difficulties almost every time I try to schedule an appointment or refill a prescription. I’ve called 3 days in a row and multiple times a day and gotten a busy dial tone. Really terrible service
Update: I had a wellness visit where my doctor asked about my wellness and performed everything that they said was in the physical, but it was billed and recorded as a follow up visit for medication so my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit. They called me about my bill, but I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes and then they didn’t even know why I called. They also refused to change the

Dr. Starkey and the APRN staff are all awesome. My main complaint is actually trying to reach someone in the office. The phone system invariably is busy or will ring for 20-30 minutes before shuttling you off to a voicemail box that is never checked. Making an appointment is practically impossible and a complete always of time unless you happen to call at the exact right moment.

If you care about patient relations and being treated fairly please do not go here.The staff is immature and disrespectful especially Kyle from enfield and the answering service. Seriously the worst patient relations I have ever experienced in 36 years.

Have been a patient of Dr. Starkey for years and am happy with him as my primary care. However, contacting the office by phone is such a long wait that I gave up. I need to make an appointment or as a question and cannot get through by phone or email. ☹️ Frustrated!

I visit the enfield office and they have changed my life! So many doctors pushed off so many issues i had, but not Laura. She has worked super hard to make me feel comfortable and at times i feel like her only patient. I have found diagnosis’s that other doctors pushed off. I have never had a visit denied and they’ve always accommodated me especially during the pandemic. I have seen Laura,Gabby,&Monica. All three are smiley,kind,and caring. I can’t say enough about the treatment i receive here at starling. I make phone calls for appointments and i am greeted by the kindest people on the phone

I had to switch my primary due to new insurance - I’m really glad I landed here. I’ve been in 2 times so far and both experiences have been pleasant. I’m seeing Dr Najjar and she is very attentive and doesn’t make me feel like we are in any rush when we meet. She is thorough and I feel like all of my questions are answered when the appointment is over.
Also, the front desk is friendly, yet professional. I felt very comfortable with the way they processed my visit from beginning to end.
Really great environment all around and I highly recommend.
