Staff is friendly, docs are helpful and respectful but, this office does not fill prescriptions without several calls made to the office. It’s a constant and it doesn’t matter which doctor you’ve seen. If you just left the office you will have to call them again after your pharmacy informs you no prescription was called in. They know it’s a problem as well as when you call the office on a Friday, when they’re closed, the message says they don’t refill meds after hours. So there’s that. I like my doctor but, even the pharmacy is tired of chasing them. It’s annoying and it shows either

I have been a patient of Dr. Warner’s for over a decade. I’ve been on many variants of insurance in that time, including husky d, which I currently am on again, but she doesn’t take. The first time I was on it, a few years ago, I was able to see another physician that practices in the same office. For years in the interim, I paid $110 out of pocket to see her when I needed to. But now, because the doctor in that office who accepted husky has retired, and Dr Warner doesn’t take my insurance, and I’m considered a new patient in the eyes of other physicians in the office who aren’t accepting
