SSC Auto Repair is the best! After being ripped off and stuck with shoddy work at the Ford Dealerships I have been going to SSC lately and they take great care of my old Explorer. Adam is courteous, helpful, efficient and caring. He even gives me a ride home! Highly recommend them. They approach problems as if it were their own vehicle.

Service was friendly and fair. Adam kept me informed throughout the process with estimated completion time and maintenance/repairs seem to be done well. They let me know what was needed and urgent repairs. They also let me know what optional maintenance could wait and keep an eye on. I'll keep coming back to SSC for my maintenance/repair needs.

Do not come here it is an absolute scam. Their diagnostics are the absolute worst and they will try to drain your wallet. The best part about my trip was they left the keys in the car after they were done and put it out front. They gave me a quote for 1300$, and when I asked another mechanic for their prices it was 630$. Do not come here if you care about your car.

Was looking for an honest shop because they're rare I have been tired of "doing it myself". There really isn't anything I have not be able to do, modern computer diagnosis and all. Time is truly a premium and I don't have all day to work on the car like I did at one point in my life. SSC is close to home and had phenomenal reviews so I decided to give them a trial run. Friendly, professional and communicative all along the way. Will certainly be back!

I took my vehicle in for an emissions repair, my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and to top it off, SSC took my vehicle back in for another emissions test, & informed me of a recall list my vehicle was on. I’ve never had a vehicle repair service co. go so far for me. I truly believe SSC gave me exceptional service. All of the people I came in contact with were very professional and pleasant. Adam and his team always come through when needed! Took my car in for an oil change and they got it done quickly and efficiently. I love that they never try to get me to do anything that isn’t needed, which I have experienced at other places before I found SSC. I’ve been going here for a few years now and I don’t plan on going anywhere else!

Went to the SSC in Gilbert....same guys own both. Needed a ECM for my 16 year old jeep to pass emissions. That's an expensive part so the estimate was $2800, which is still better than car payments so I told them to proceed. When it was ready to be picked up he called and told me that he'd found a used ECM and my bill was now less than half of that! OMG, how awesome that he was able to save us so much money! He says doing right by people for 30 years keeps them in business. I'd say so. Friends for life! Go to these guys....can't recommend them enough!

This is a great shop to go to for regular maintenance or big repair jobs...
Everytime I stop in for an oil change or something simple I get a full analysis of how my car is doing. Im not very car savvy but Adam always explains everything in words I can understand.
My car is over 125k miles, all my maintenance has been done here and my car runs basically the same as when I bought it.

TERRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!
I took my car in twice in the same week to fix a loud popping sound and the car jerking when I turn sharply. They worked on it twice, charged me over $1200, and didn't fix the issue. The guy then said he was sorry they didn't meet my expectations and suggested I try taking it somewhere else to get it fixed.

I usually don't post reviews unless I feel that the business is wonderful and people need to know about them OR if the business is a total scam and I can help prevent someone else from being taken advantage of. I had brought in my son's 23yr old car 9 months ago and I was given an est.of $1500 for brakes and tune up which I paid for. My ac went out and I had an evaulation done here for $50. They found that the clutch on the compressor was sticking and needed to be replaced, along with all the other parts in the system for about $1700. I took it elsewhere and it just needed a new compressor and was much cheaper to just have that replaced. I almost paid for some totally unecessary repairs.

I am very pleased with the service and integrity of this auto repair shop. I had my front brakes and rear struts replaced and a transmission flush done on my Civic.
