Here at Desert Car Care Chandler we offer a full range of services. Not only that, we guarantee our services too. Our guarantee is for 25 months or 25,000 miles (whichever comes soonest). So for example, if you did 25,000 miles in a year, then that would be the end of the guarantee. If you only did 10,000 a year, then the guarantee would last 25 months.

Most Air Conditioning (AC) systems that blow warm air can have a variety of problems causing hot air from vents. With an initial Air Conditioning (AC) test, the service technician will report on the condition of your car's Air conditioning (AC) system with a comprehensive evaluation. If freon is lower than specification, an Air Conditioning (AC) dye will be added along with the required freon.

I was blown away at the level of customer service!! Friendly, courteous, excited to assist, professional and client focused is the DNA of Frank and his entire staff!!! I drove across country and needed an oil change prior to driving back. The team at Desert Car Care got me in with out issue and completed the work in under an hour. Spoke to Mark on the phone after seeing all these great reviews and decided to give DCC a try, definitely going to be a longtime customer here! Mark was super knowledgeable and even went over how I should do the manufacturer maintenance over the phone, was very candid and honest before I even visited them. Then they booked me a Lyft to get me back home. They even have birthday oil changes! Definitely recommend, I see why they have such high ratings.

My husband and I have taken our vehicles to Desert Car Care many times. From the moment you walk into the reception area they are welcoming and very kind. The receptionist Suzie- always has a smile on her face and always personable. It's super stressful having your vehicle worked on, but from the start they make you feel calm. We really enjoy the text message updates they provide while they have your car/truck. We've never felt like we've overpaid, and we love that they are right down the street from us! I normally hate having to take my car in and deal with any car stuff! But these guys were so great! So helpful and knowledgeable! They explained things to me so I could understand all that was going on and they were reasonable with price and didn’t try to over sell or mislead me on anything! Also so friendly! I highly recommend! I will definitely be going back for all of my car servicing needs!!!

I have been taking my Honda Fit to Desert Car Care for several years and have always had a positive experience. This week they were amazing. My Fit was having intermittent issues starting. I took it in. They kept the vehicle for over a day to try to replicate the problem to diagnose it. They determined that it was the battery and told me that I could have AAA come on sight to replace the battery since the battery was still under warranty for AAA. Also they did not charge me anything for the diagnostic and a rental car. I am very impressed with their honesty and excellent customer service and highly

I am happy I found this shop to work on my Pontiac Solstice. I know it wasn't an easy repair job and it took a bit longer than either of us were anticipating. But, the customer care they showed was exceptional. From sticking to the original quoted price, to keeping me informed along the way and even providing a temporary vehicle for my use - it all demonstrated the care they have for their customers. And the Service Techs did a great job on the repair/replacement of a difficult-to-reach water pump

I'm so happy that I took my car here. I've been having a hard time with my car the last couple of months so it was very nice to be helped by such sweet and caring people. It only takes one or maybe a few bad experiences to make you suspicious when having car repairs done. Desert Car Care Chandler was different. The staff was outgoing and genuinely nice. They could have easily told me it was the alternator but didn't, and they replaced my battery for a comparable and competitive price. They got me up and running on a Friday afternoon and I was able to start my new job on Monday morning with no worries. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely go back for my truck maintenance.
