Almico Properties

The management at this property is very bad. We had been dealing with a lady name Maureen and the Communication is horrible. We were promised a property and to find out later it was given to someone else. Twice!! And then Tells us there is a better property, made a appointment and she never showed!! I don’t understand how you can run a business this way! I don’t recommend.

Good company with great office staff. The girls in the office are so sweet!. I beeen living in my apartment for almost 8 years I think this company is very successful and is filled with wonderful people! The onsite maintenence guy is so nice and helpful. Ever since ALmico took over, I haven’t had any complaints. Keep up the great work!!!!

Recently moved back to cleveland from pittsburgh. The app process was a little rocky because I wasnt living in cleveland. but the office staff made everything go smooth. They were extremely helpful in trying to find an apartment that suited me and very accommodating despite my hectic schedule. The leasing lady was very friendly and patient while I asked that she show me just about every open model available! I asked several questions, and she was prompt and professional in getting back to me. Its only been 2 months but I'm excited for the following months to come!

Worst place I ever lived wouldn't fix a thing told me it was normal to have leaks coming through the walls!! We even showed them pictures and no one seemed to care. Had to call the city and even after being cited didn't fix any of the issues. Anything we had on the floor was ruined by rain water. Lived like that for weeks any time it would rain thankfully our lease was up and it was their problem from there. I have plenty of pictures to support this review.

HORRIBLE. Maintenance shows up MONTHS after you request. Still doesn't finish the job. I made a request in Nov 2017, they showed up Feb 2018 and now 11/2018 they never returned to finish. Management doesn't address tenant concerns and blatantly ignores calls, emails and letters. Then they raise the rent once you've been there a year. DO NOT rent from this company. ESPECIALLY the Brooklyn Gardens complex.

Ive been rent apartments with this company for quite some time now and its been great. The maintenance guys always make sure everything is fixed in a timely manner. A couple of times they came out to me in the middle of the night because my fuses blew. I will always reccomend to my friends and family. I will be staying with them for a long time.

If I could give Almico properties a negative zero, I would. I rented an apartment for one year when Fodor Mgmt was managing the property. Then Almico took over. I loved the apartment with hardwood floors and the location. I wanted to transfer to another unit, not necessarily in the same building or adjacent buildings but another location, but they considered that to be a transfer. I decided to move because I wanted a 3rd floor unit. The unit was move-in ready. I made certain every inch of the apartment was cleaned. They did not necessarily have to paint but most landlords paint for new tenants

I moved into the 3022 Tremont Flats location about a year ago, and so far my experience has been pleasant. The office staff is very friendly since getting the new manager/staff. I met the owner while in the office, and was happy with how he expedited my maintenance request (they can be a little behind, but emergencies seem to take priority which is nice). Other than a few annoying neighbors, I have enjoyed being a tenant of Almico properties.

I have been living here for many years. My requests are handled in a timely manner, neighbors are always watching out for each other and the new staff is great! I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Keep up the good work Almico!

Very thankful for Almico. Will be recommending my friends to them. The leasing agent was very helpful and kept me updated through every step and didn't hesitate to work after business hours. The employees are friendly. The original unit I wanted got taken before I could get my deposit in, I guess their units go quick, so I recommend if you see something you like to go online or in person to fill out an application right away. I have been renting my apartment for about 7 months now, and I really like it. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Maintenance seems to work quick. There were crumbles falling from the ceiling in the garage on top of my car, so they gave me a temporary spot and quickly fixed the ceiling. It only took like 3 days and it was all taken care of. The vibes in the leasing office are pleasant. When I come to pay my rent I’m always greeted with a smile. Compared to when I used to live, this is an upgrade. More than likely I’ll be renewing my lease when the time comes.
