My partner and I chose Enclave at Northwood to be our first place together... we definitely made the right choice!!! Miguel was very thorough during the application and signing process. The apartment was spotless upon move-in and we have been loving it so far. Great, quiet location with lots of amenities. Thank you Miguel and staff!!!

Been a resident for almost 2 years here, and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about enclave at northwood. The management, Miguel and Stacey are very friendly, and always very personable. and the maintenance team, Josh and Jason, are also very friendly, very quick to respond, and always on top of things. If you put in a work order they’re there in 30 minutes or less, with all tools and parts required to complete the job, and to me, that’s impressive! Very quick and very thorough. Not to mention the neighborhood it self is just very quiet, and peaceful. Would recommend this place to anybody

Have been here for two years now. Great location, close to everything you could need/want. The office staff and maintenance are super friendly and efficient. They respond promptly to any calls and genuinely care about their residents. Recently had a big maintenance issue (water heater tank broke) and the maintenance guys came right over. They ended up needing to order a new one. Had it delivered and installed same day. Josh and Jason are the best maintenance crew you could ask for!

I moved to Clearwater a little over a year ago and was very nervous about finding a cost effective, clean, and well-managed property. I went on several tours and read countless reviews with all the horror stories of maintenance disasters and horrible neighbors. When I went to view Enclave @ Northwood, I was instantly feeling the neighborhood. Beautiful and serene place to live! It is an excellent location! I never hear my neighbors because of the structure of the buildings. Maintenance is superb! Whenever I have needed something fixed or an emergency in the middle of the night/early morning, Jason and/or Josh are readily available in a timely manner!! They always have the best attitudes! At the pool, it feels like I’m on vacation lol. Management here is fantastic! Stacey and Miguel are always available to talk with. They are so friendly and professional! The Enclave has been extremely helpful in my family and I’s transition from active duty service. Any maintenance issues have been cleared up the same day or within 1 business day. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Location of the complex is the best it gets. Restaurants, gyms, Countryside Mall , and anything else you can think of are just a few minutes away. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Have lived here over 2 months and I have to say , hands down the best maintenance staff in front office. (Btw I have lived at 5 other complexes) the team is quick , Efficient , smart and safe which is important in these times of a pandemic . All work orders are taken care of in a timely fashion and you are informed along the whole process ! Definitely recommend 10/10

We've been living here two weeks but it's been a very pleasant experience so far. Apartment looked great upon moving in, the grounds are very nice, and it's very quiet. Our dryer wasn't working correctly but the office and maintenance staff were quick to resolve the issue. Good communication from the office as well. Great start!

This is a great community. Very well maintained. Beautiful grounds and landscaping which are kept meticulously. Very quiet and very clean. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive and quickly performs whatever is needed and they always do a great job. Also, the location is unbeatable.
