High Meadow Farm has been a work in progress since we bought the original 60 acres in 1999. We've lived in Fairview since 1979, but have always wanted to live in what is known as Sugar Hollow, that portion of Fairview at the end of Hwy 74A heading towards Lake Lure. When the opportunity presented itself to buy the heart of this beautiful neighborhood, we couldn't resist!
80 acre private setting only 20 minutes outside of Asheville, North Carolina; 20 minutes from Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, and the Blue Ridge Parkway; 30 minutes from Hendersonville. 2200 square foot patio sheltered from the summer sun with 1200 square feet of colorful umbrellas. Private Bridal Suite with 2 bathrooms for the bride and her party to enjoy and prepare for the big event!.
We are a beautiful venue with indoor as well as outdoor space. We rent just the space with some tables, chairs, table clothes, sound system with wireless microphones, candles, and vases. We give you the freedom to choose your own vendors. We work well with others! We have 2 parking lots that are a short walk.
Yes, but you must follow the cleanup, setup and serving rules as a professional caterer. Also, should it become necessary for you to need additional help from our staff before, during or after your event, you will be charged accordingly. We are ok with the party host serving alcohol at High Meadow events.

I had my wedding here in August of 2019...before the world knew a different kind of life with Covid. It was truly magical. I do not believe they had ever hosted an event (ultimately about 180 person wedding) as big as I requested, and I think it made them nervous. However, Cam and Wendy were awesome start to finish. This venue will probably never get the hype it truly deserves, but my friends and family cannot stop raving about how beautiful and fun the wedding was. Should things get back to normal, we may consider having our five year celebration here too (if they'll have us that is). ;-)
