I and my girlfriend stopped by this shop to fix her broken glasses. The stuff was very professional. She first explained the condition of her glasses and briefly explained the risk we have to take before taking. It took her about 15 minutes and the job was great!! We'll definitely take a second time to stop by this store and buy some glasses!

Glasses Ltd is a classic Chicago handshake-deal-they-know-your-family kind of place. They don't sell glasses, they sell ~eye solutions~. Throughout the life of your glasses, you can come in for tightening of screws or otherwise small refits. My ears are at different heights, and I've always had to futz with my glasses myself to make it feel right, but Tal did the adjustment for me right in the store!
Moreover, they do not try to upsell you for the sake of their profit, like so many other glasses stores try to do.

I had a screw missing from a pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses and after taking my sunglasses to the Louis Vuitton store, they told me that they couldn't do anything to fix my new pair of $700 glasses and I needed to throw them away. I then went to Glasses Limited and my glasses were fixed within five minutes. Super helpful service , and they saved me $700.

Brought Groupon to check this place out. Never heard of it before and won't ever return. Made appointments for my 9 year old daughter & wife for eye exams & possible glasses. Doctor did fine, but the manager (Tal) was very unprofessional & rude. My 9 year old daughter says he acted like a child and was huffing and puffing after we decided not to purchase a $500+ pair of glasses for my daughter after the Groupon discount. My experience today was more than what I expected. I stopped in to get a pair of Gucci glasses repaired and I met the most kind person I have met in a while. Tal Landau and what he didn't know is that I really was down today. My mother passed away and The funeral is this Friday. I sat on my sunglasses that I planned on wearing Friday to hide my tears and the lens popped out. Well he knew right away they had been sat on and made me smile when he told me. I needed that. He fixed my glasses and we chatted for a while. Just enough for me to take my mind off things and just enjoy a warm conversation

Eleven-ish years later, and I'm still coming back. And in a newer location (same floor but across the way), at least new to me. I was on my way to pick up dinner near by when I remembered I needed to get the nose piece and one of the "arms" on my glasses tightened up. Thankfully there wasn't much of a wait time and the guy (forgot his name?!) was able to fix them just like that (insert snapping fingers sound) and even cleaned off any finger prints on the glasses themselves. He even asked me to put them on to make sure they fit okay.

I walked in randomly just to look around and was SO impressed by the Store Manager, Tal. He is so knowledgable about eyewear and made me feel like I've been working with him for years. Their selection of glasses are so trendy and also classic. They also match Costco prices for contacts! So impressed by their customer service and attention to detail!

I should have commented here years ago on how great this eyeglass boutique one flight down on Oak Street is. Obviously I have been coming here for years for regular glasses, reading glasses, sun glasses...and this year they fitted me with gradual lenses that darken in the sun!!! No more traveling with pockets full of glasses.
Best part is they have glasses that you don't find in all the other shops. There's are more unique and with my latest pair of glasses, I receive great comments on DAILY.

The manager was very kind, helpful, and patient when it came to repairing the nose bridge of my Silhouette glasses. The price of the repair was fair and the turnaround time was acceptable. The staff was very professional about accommodating me as well. I would shop here again. This store gets my highest recommendation.

I am very happy with my new glasses. Melissa explained why for years I was unable to find glasses that did not dig into the side of my nose. (All that wasted money.) She explained the style I I needed, and found me the perfect pair. I no longer have a red, circular 1/4" depression on the upper left side of my nose. And it has only been a few days.

Found Glasses LTD to offer the latest designs currently being offered.... went and shopped the makes and found this store to be up with the fashion.
Not only did they meet my idea for a new look, Glasses LTD has given me "up to the minute" technology lenses. Progressive lenses worked for me!
