Have been going there for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied. Great selection of both adult and kids glasses. Whenever I have had any sort of issue they have made it a priority to take care of me in a quick and cost-effective manner. We usually use Alex and he has been fantastic to us.
I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with this place. The people that helped me (Jordan and Lauren) are not only incredibly professional but very friendly and they know what they are doing, and it is apparent that they love their work. I dropped off two pair of prescription sunglasses to replace the lenses and Lauren was a breath of fresh air. She came bounding from the back of the store to greet me, didn't upsell me, and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Thinking Superior Optical is a chain, Lauren explained the entire staff has been with the family-owned and operated store for 10-30 years or more. The store was hopping at 5:00 p.m. on a Tuesday.

The team at superior optical is wonderful! My baby (8months) wears glasses and a helmet and we were having a difficult time trying to figure out how to make her glasses compatible with the helmet. Lauren and Alex worked hard and spent a lot of time customizing her glasses so that they would work with the helmet. They were so thorough and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Superior Optical for over 10 years and have purchased multiple pairs of glasses for every member of my family during that time. I went there on Monday to order my new glasses. Today is Wednesday and I have already picked them up! My prescription is high with astigmatism so this is something new for me that glasses are ready in less than a week. When I came in I was welcomed by Julie. We start looking for frames right away. Julie was super friendly, professional and she exactly knew what I was looking for. Variety of frames is unbelievable. For each budget, style and personal preference.
