Incredible experience at D/Vision optical. I made an appointment a few days before and got a great slot on a Saturday. Dr. Park was quick and professional. His staff was incredibly helpful and helped me find two beautiful and unique pairs of glasses and prescription sunglasses. I'll definitely be back.

First timer. Have been to many optometrists over the years in many places but this was the most pleasant and informative visit I’ve had. This is a place worth giving your business to!

Dr Park was a true professional. He doesn’t just tell you that your vision changed, but tells you how it changed, and tells you what part of your vision is strong in addition to what is weak - which feels good!

Extremely expensive. I switched to Big City Optical and now pay 1/3 the price for contacts and new lenses.
They do have good service. My complaint is the exorbitant pricing.

Just finished my appointment with Mathew, getting to test-run my first ever contacts. He was WONDERFUL. I took way longer than I thought I would, to get the hang of it, and he was never-wavering, positive, specifically helpful every single time I tried. He was encouraging, and had good humor through it all. The office is just plain professional and super nice and helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Park, too. He's straight forward, and efficient. I like the personal touch you get when you visit Dr. Travis Park. I don't feel like I'm put through a assembly line when I come here on my first visit and Dr. Park goes in-depth into the state of your eyes at all levels. He preforms all the tests himself and you get immediate feedback to what's going on.

From the minute I scheduled my appointment online for both my daughter and me until we both walked out, our experience was perfect. Staff was profesional and helpful in confirming insurance and selecting frames. Dr. Park was thorough and explained everything. Convenient hours and location in the neighborhood. Skip the others and support local businesses!

Wow what a place. This store could not care more about the customer experience. They went above and beyond when I was order and trying on my glasses. They kept it going after I paid as well as the customer service beyond just the order date was amazing.
Wish I could give this place more than five stars. Austin is amazing.

Dr. Park was great, easy exam process and reviewed my current vision. Nathan helped me with the frames did a great job helping pick out different styles. If you are looking for quality frames highly recommend.

Dr. Park is great! I was avoiding going to the eye doctor but it was such a pleasant experience and I learned a lot I didn’t know about eyes. I was able to schedule a next day appointment and receive some of my contacts right after the appointment

Everything about working with the people at this company from start to finish is just exceptional. They have great boutique-brands rather than the same crap everyone else has, the customer service and product knowledge is top-notch, and they're just so personable and friendly it doesn't even feel like a retail experience. I have gotten multiple pairs of glasses, all of which I love, and all my contacts from here for many years and have no plans of ever going elsewhere. This is the kind of local Chicago small business we all should be supporting!

I've been seeing Dr Park for a little more than a decade. I find his contact lens fitting to be one of the best experiences I've had. I have "low vision" and need hard contacts. Poor fittings with other doctors have been painful and expensive. He doesn't act rushed and takes his time which has improved my vision and so my life experiences. Highly recommend for checkups and contacts.

The front of the house, the eyeglasses part of the store has snappy styles but they are priced a bit higher. I've found it better to tell them my budget and then we can work from

Amazing people all around. Unfortunately my insurance is out of network, but D/Vision came so highly recommended by friends that I still decided to go. (They were very helpful with the out of network reimbursement for my insurance!!) Dr. Travis was so educational and understanding, going into depth of detail about everything to do with my vision (I HIGHLY recommend getting the fancy eye scan!! It’s not much more, and it is wayyy better than getting your eyes dilated) and he gave me great suggestions and information. I have been working with D/Vision for over 10 years and they do not disappoint. They have the best selection of frames that you don't find everywhere and their staff is unbelievably attentive & knowledgeable. Dr. Travis is a terrific doc and Chris the owner is a total mensch. I have only owned 3 pairs of glasses in my 10 years of needing eyewear and not only have they all come from D/Vision but they are all still in my rotation thanks to the quality pieces i've purchased there. 12 on a 10 scale.

I get glasses and contacts. I have wacky eyes so vision and especially contacts can be a challenge. Dr. Park does a great job for me with my contacts. He also has strong suggestions on what geometry of frames I should favor for the best lens (flat). This place has a huge variety of swanky frames if you need them. I chose slightly conservative with a bit of surprise. The glasses staff readily assist with comments and suggestions which is why I go here. I appreciate that input. They also take my work's insurance which is nice. I've been going here since 2008.
